Thanks for helping us troubleshoot an error code so we could stay safe on our road trip. They even discovered a mouse nest hidden by the engine which could’ve caused a fire. Keep up the great work!

I have been waiting since December of 2023 for the Auto Zone in Ardmore Tennessee to pay for the paint damage they did changing my battery and they have already agreed to pay for!
I’ve visited the store over 20 times and have been told over and over again by management that the check is stuck in upper management and no one in upper management answers the phone now. The repair is only @1,300.00 and I can’t believe they are balking at taking care of their mistake. The local guys are very nice and apologetic. Need their managers to wake up! Any suggestions? Hope all of management is reading these comments along with customers, I just want may vehicle fixed please.

If you got serious help you need for your vehicles this store in ardmore for autozone are John Stevenson and benjermine these two will go above and behind to help you all they can. They are very straight forward of diagnosis if you need help locating the part on vehicle they will go above and beyond to show you how and where to locate the problem. These two guys are my go to guys when I have a brain fart or past my pay grade especially when comes to electronical problem

I have been in several times over the years for various things and John is always super helpful. Guy goes above and beyond every time to make sure and take care of people. If you have an issue with your car go talk to John, he’ll take care of you.

Had a wonderful experience. Half way through a long trip I needed a new alternator. The boys at this place were awesome and helped me get on my way safely. They went above and beyond to help me and I’m so grateful. Thanks boys. You deserve a raise for sure.

John Stevenson is truly a 5-star person. Sad to see he isn’t the manager of this branch after having their current branch manager try to sell me a very expensive version of the wrong light for my Subaru on a cross country road trip. Went from being scammed into $100 set of LED lights that didn’t even fix in the car - to being charged $17.99 with assistance thanks to John’s dedication to service. John was patient, perceptive, and clearly knowledgeable when assisting us with replacing a light near sunset yesterday. I was unimpressed by all other staff including a young female staff member who I overheard telling multiple customers where I was road-tripping to which is clearly unsafe. I hope company management sees this review and promotes and demotes staff accordingly.

Just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past, there comes Benjamin Matthews and John S to the rescue. I had ordered a bug deflector for my truck. It was an online order from Autozone.When it arrived, it was wrong size. Ben and John spent valuable time tracking down the order and ordering the correct size. They both went beyond what I would ever have expected with customer service. Autozone in Ardmore TN will be my go-to parts store.
