Wade Boggs with Butler Realty did an amazing job for us in our hunt for a new home. Coming from out of state in the middle of a pandemic in a market where offerings seemed to go off market in hours Wade got it done. Everything we liked seemed to just disappear when we were ready to buy. Wade helped us get a short term rental to get our family by until the right place came along. Never had to worry about a thing. Wade was always quick to answer questions and had great knowledge of the area. Now we have a great place in a school district my kids love and hope to enjoy it all for many years. We really appreciated everything the folks at Butler Realty did.
