This store looks absolutely horrendous every time I come in. There are boxes everywhere, backed-up lines, and the cashiers are clearly struggling to keep up. It takes forever for anyone to come help, and the lady who appears to be the store manager is always in the office instead of out on the floor.
There is some good merchandise here, but the store is so poorly run that it overshadows everything. I’m honestly surprised I don’t see rodents crawling around with how nasty and disorganized the place looks.
It’s pathetic watching her yell at employees over the simplest things while refusing to step out and actually help them. It’s very obvious the workers are overwhelmed, stressed, and doing the best they can with no support. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were forced to do some of her job duties too.
Do better running this store, or replace the person in charge with someone who actually cares about it and the employees. New management is needed if the store plans to continue operating like this.
The cashier in the skirt was very nice and sweet to us the last time we came in and apologized that she was trying her best to get the line down. I counted at least 10 times she pinged for help and it was obvious she was emotional about not getting help, but I made it known that she was doing all she could with little to no help and that’s okay. When help did finally come it was the same manager that is always in the office go figure.

Dollar Tree is trying hard to turn itself into Family Dollar, replacing low cost items with much higher priced items. Until recently they had alkaline batteries for $1.25. Now if you want alkaline batteries your options are $3 and $5. More and more $3-5 items are popping up on shelves, replacing the entire reason to shop at Dollar Tree. When you finally succeed in turning the store into Family Dollar, you'll have the same fate as them....closing hundreds of failed stores where people choose not to shop.
