“At some point last year I had a few produce concerns, but I can say without a doubt that the produce quality has greatly improved and what I wanted to point out is that the manager here puts stuff on clearance or short dated items not just based on dates but how much inventory he has and how quickly that might sell before the date printed. Every time I get anything in that section when I take it home there's still meat on the bone so to speak. I don't have to eat it that day. A lot of managers might wait until the day before something expires to short date it, but not this one. I believe he stands behind what he sells, or won't sell something he wouldn't eat and I think we should all make sure to shop at such a great business when we can especially being straddled by two dollar general markets. We love the pig!”
