I love this post office! I am from Colorado and it is treat to have short lines, friendly faces helping send my packages. This is my preferred post office.

The only answer to your problem:
Today we went to this location to drop off a package. The guy with a beard didn’t even speak. Took the package - did his thing, no greeting, nothing. As we turned to leave, I noticed a survey asking “how was our courtesy?”… the bearded guy reaches over and gives himself the highest score.
Still, he said not a word as we exited.
You implemented the surveys in your locations around here because the service is so horrible. Now you have your employees scoring THEMSELVES?!
Get new people. You know, ones you can trust. Ones who are good inside. Not like this guy. That’s the only answer.

Only giving one star because I had to leave something to be able to comment. I’m a customer of the Ardmore post office I have lived here for many years. I frequently use this location to mail packages. Lately I just can’t believe the foul language I have been hearing from the lady clerks working up front. The service is not good and just unprofessional in many ways. I just wish there was someone you could reach out to that would address these issues.

Poor customer service, asked mail clerk to help me see QR code on my phone to mail 3 items sold on eBay, he refused rudely, seems to have an uncomfortable attitude about his job and no desire to have a customer, especially if you have a disability, I'm to distraught to go back to that store.
Also most of the mail delivered is destroyed by stuffing the box, maybe I can save up and get a bigger box I don't know.

Always been a great experience! I’ve called maybe 4x in 5 years, staff is always friendly and fixes the issue. I’ve stopped in multiple times to drop of packages, again, never an issue!

Took a package here to send out for delivery a couple of weeks ago. The lady at the counter was more interested in responding to the text messages on her phone during my transaction than actually putting the information into the system for me. Now my package that was supposed to be delivered to Canada shows an attempted delivery in Japan. I don't know how things get screwed up this bad outside of complete lack of care. Check and respond to texts when there aren't customers at the counter please.

It's the worst Post Office I have ever seen. You take them a tracking number that is in their Post Office and they will not even look for It.
