I ordered curbside pickup. When I arrived, I called and was told It would be a bit because she was the only one there. I figured I would help her by coming into the store since she was alone. When I entered, the door bell announced my entrance. I then heard her talking to someone else. Something about Kentucky fried chicken and green beans. She was not alone. When she did come to the front to bring my order out, I could still head someone in the back. Customers are priority, not talking to whoever was there. Also, the front counter was dirty. 1st time in a long time that ordered from pizza hutt, will probably be a long time again.

My pizza orders always taste great! The manager here is awesome! She has called me if there are any questions about my order. It’s always made on time. She is very deserving of your business if you are craving pizza or wings. ?

Terrible customer service. Canceled order with no explanation or contact. Once I figured out food wasn’t coming they offered no resolution at all.

Delivery of my chicken tenders & pizza was great! The chicken was still warm, and pizza was made properly and delivered on time. The driver was personable & prompt!

Don’t bother trying, over charged, didn’t get deal price offered and charged $2. Extra for extra cheese and then pizza was dry, very skimpy on cheese. I should have read the reviews online before ordering from this Pizza Hut. Don’t bother calling to complain, they don’t answer the phone either.Parking: No one in parking lot

This place works ok for something quick taste descent but don't order extras you will not get it.The wing prices are way too expensive and they are just ok.

Pizza arrived. Grabbed a slice, took a bite and pulled LOTS OF HAIR out of mouth. The long hairs were baked into the cheese! I threw up and, threw the pizza out! Called the store manager and she said she'd refund my money. That was a week ago and today Pizza Hut charged my card AGAIN for the same order. Not only did the manager lied to dismiss the problem, but they STOLE my money by charging me AGAIN, after issuing the "refund". HORRIBLE HYGIENE AND FRAUDULENT CHARGES. STAY AWAY. There's a reason this place has low stars.

Lost my order. Had to call them because I noticed it never came. 2 hour delay. The manager was very rude and said their system was down. Thin crust Pizza was soggy. I did not receive my pizza sauce or pepper container I paid for. I would give them 0 stars

They are allocating their deliveries to DoorDash and it is horrendous for their customers. I am currently in the middle of a 2 hour wait for my 1 pizza. And the dasher didn’t pick it up until an hour and 45 minutes after it was ordered; the dasher has also stopped to dash at another restaurant otw to my location. How is this making anything better for your customers Pizza Hut?
