Not showing me much, on phone for about one hours trying to get information about credit card. I just open an account, may close it now. Because customers service on the phone is horrible, waiting 1 hours. Giving three starts because of customer service at local office in Bartlett sorry wrong location review. Sad that the credit card department has to have bad service in today’s time.Update Ask for a supervisor they know what they’re doing. Took 2min to take care of my problem.

Always great service. Bank where everyone knows your name. I miss them. Waiting for them to re-open.
