The service at the Arlington location was horrible. The lead or supervisor on duty was disrespectful and left food off my order. I contacted corporate to report the issue .

Food is pretty good, but way too expensive for fast food. Bathroom was gross even for Taco bell standards.

I ordered in the app for pickup 3 hours later. When I got there at the planned time, the food was cold. Found out it had been prepared when ordered and sat on on the counter for 3 hours. The first worker said she had no idea when it was prepared. (???) When I pushed the question of how long my order had been sitting there, I was finally told they made it when it was ordered. Because it was a special limited-time offer at reduced price, they could make it whenever they wanted is what I was told. I doubt if the health department would agree. Everyother time I have ordered at Taco Bell for food go be picked up at a later time, it was prepared for pickup time.

Google says they close at 1 but we pulled in at 11:30pm and they said they were closed. They also had a car purposely parked and turned off at the drive through window, so all 5 cars in line had to reverse all the way out of the drive through which was a cluster. Absolutely ridiculous.

I stopped while working because l was starving...fat girls get hungry! I am so glad l did. The staff was exceptional and the food divine. I really enjoyed their kindness..people are mean these days. The store was squeaky clean. I don't live in the area but do deliveries there....l will be back!

I just picked up an online order and my order was completely wrong. I ordered the power bowl with chicken and they gave me steak ??♀️ I won’t be ordering anything online again since they can’t seem to get the orders right.

I was in lobby fixing to order and I assume the manager lady comes out says my lobby is closed and I don’t even have money in my drawer. I was paying with card and said no sign on door saying closed and door was open. She said screaming at me I didn’t ask you to come up here get out she needs to be fired needs a job she likes. Tuesday January 23 at 810 pm. Calling corporate!!

I get it, it's rough working in the service industry because I myself am a service worker but this place really broke it's last leg with me. I started by ordering my food on their kiosk. They didn't have what I wanted at first (which cost 2.99) so I ordered their Large Nacho Fries (which also cost 2.99) then the worker told me to get the regular size (which is 2.19). I said ok at first because I didn't notice the price difference and they were busy. When I noticed the price difference and pointed it out, the employee told me, albeit a bit rudely, that she didn't know and walked away before I could say anything else.- I also didn't get two other things I ordered- there was hair in my Food- the employees I spoke to were very rude and condescending even though I tried my best to be understanding about it being dinner time and the staff being busyAll in all a very terrible experience for me and my family. I HIGHLY recommend ANY other taco bell than this one.I also wanna add that I've been coming to this taco bell since it opened, even though it's father than the one that's closest to me, and I am always polite and respectful. I was treated very poorly tonight and wish the best to everyone in this situation but I will not be coming back for the foreseeable future.

if i could give a negative star rating i absolutely would first and foremost the manager with the puff ball attitude is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE her demeanor is very aggressive and i was honestly astounded when i was told she was the manager she doesn’t know how to talk to customers and the portion of food they are serving is ridiculous as high as food is now it’s sad that i have little to no meat on my items ! this store needs better management
