I had a 2:00 Sunday appointment and arrived at 1:50. Antionette promptly checked me in and we, along with my husband, had friendly conversation before I sat in an empty waiting room. Kaleb, the Nurse Practitioner, called me back before 2:00, listened attentively to my symptoms, and proceeded with checking out my ears, nose, and throat and took a nasal swab. Kaleb provided a prescription and also gave over-the-counter recommendations for my symptoms. He was very friendly and professional. We were in, symptoms checked, and sitting in the pharmacy within 25 minutes. Also the pharmacy staff was very attentive and prompt. Excellent experience! I recommend and would return! I’m very grateful they were all here on a Sunday.

Only went here bc I was not able to get into the NP I wanted to see. BIG MISTAKE! Had a problem with prescriptions they prescribed and they immediately try to send me to the ER without listening to my issues fully and simply prescribe a different medication as my problem was only bc of the meds they gave me. Actually listening to a patient sometimes helps. I know I’m not a medical professional, but I can tell if my problem is an emergency or a problem caused by a medication that can easily be changed.

Nurse Practitioner does not listen to you and orders medication you can buy yourself over the counter. Don't bother and go to a real clinic to see an actual doctor or the location at Poplar Plaza whose Nurse Practitioner has always given me excellent care! The next day I did go to a physician and received 3 medication prescriptions for my illness. This Nurse Practitioner spent less than 10 minutes with me and never even asked my medical history. Ridiculous.

I know that in these trying times of people not wanting to work...it's hard to operate as you once did. That being said, this is health care. Not a gas station, not a restaurant, not a movie theater. I went to this clinic once, several years ago, and the nurse practitioner was from Nigeria and she couldn't have been more concerned and thoughtful for what I was going through. She even wanted to check over my wife to see how she was once we were finished with me. This visit? I tell them I need to get new prescriptions for a rescue inhaler as well as some other meds to help me BREATHE. Without concern, without missing a beat...she said the soonest they could see me was tomorrow. I didn't need an exam, the waiting area was empty, just need them to verify that I can get new refills and I can then get a night's sleep without waking up struggling to breathe. Again...she didn't miss a beat, because she didn't give a damn. Just another hump collecting a paycheck. It's sad how it's gotten to that. Don't want to wait on tables? Don't want to push a broom? Don't want to flip burgers? I get it...that's your prerogative. Don't want to help a patient, when that's basically your job description? Pathetic. I wouldn't even want to give them one star. I'm not mad. I'm just severely disappointed.

I called to make an appointment and clarify if they accepted my son's insurance. The receptionist told me I could do a walk-in, or make an appointment online. She asked specifics about my son's insurance. She verified that they do accept the insurance. I made an appointment for first thing the next morning. When I show up, the receptionist says, "Hold on a minute. I just got here." She asks me for my license and proof of insurance. Upon seeing my insurance card, she told me they don't accept that insurance and I would have to go to a place that did. That lady has no business working in the healthcare industry.

Should have just gone to the emergency room! Wait times are entirely too long. You would think that they would try to get to people in pain swiftly and efficiently.

The Dr and staff were very sweet to my daughter and they were open on Saturday. Can Kroger on University Parkway get any better? This Clinic, a Starbucks and a fresh sushi bar all in one place and great grocery selections and prices as well. I only wish I lived closer to them. I am very impressed :) 5 stars*****

Without hesitation, the staff treated and took care of my flu-like symptoms 5 minutes before they were closing. I told them I would come back tomorrow but insisted I stay. I could not thank them enough. Within 16 hours, I am feeling much better. I thank the doctors to the front desk for their kindness and treating me at closing. This is what separates you from other businesses. Please keep up the good work.

Wait, stop...don't look into this Little Clinic any further IF you need fast service. Schedule an appointment online for 12:11 pm. Arrived at 12:00, got back into the room at 1:53, nurse practioner arrived to see us at...2:12. Missed the rest of school even though I checked my daughter out at 11:30. Ugh!! Pediatrician for sure next time!

We have had great experiences at this convenient clinic. The nurse practitioners are always thorough and friendly and the receptionist at the front desk is very nice and helpful as well. We are very glad to have this facility and it's open 7 days a week.
