“We see Dr. Mayo and Jennifer for our Bernedoodle, and they make a great team. They are very friendly, understanding, kind and knowledgeable. The front desk team is very friendly and efficient as well. They also offer a military discount on certain products and services.”

“I'll put it this way: this vet office is so good I really kind of want to keep it a secret! Reasonably priced, great staff, easy to get an appointment, easy to get seen quickly for urgent needs (during regular business hours), works with you when pets' needs and ideal next steps don't quite line up financially to make sure the animals get at least some care no matter what you can/can't afford at the moment. The only drawback is that there are no weekend hours, and it seems my fur babies always want to get sick or hurt after hours and on weekends!”

“I came in with my cockatiel and the staff was super nice, they told me how to switch it from a seed diet to pellets, showed me an amazing brand. We came in to see if my bird was alright after it got scratched, nothing was overpriced at all, the doctor didn't minimize my concerns, she was super sweet”

“I'd HIGHLY recommend this clinic. EVERYONE here is so nice, and I've always had exceptional service during my visits for my dog. They inform me of everything up front, and I don't feel like they ever overcharge for their services.”
“Banfield is the best pet hospital I have ever visited. I recommend this hospital to all pet parents. I have experienced zero issues with Banfield Pet Hospital and/or the Wellness Plan.”

“My cat has been an absolute terror for weeks. His old vet chalked it up to behavioral issues and stress, said there’s nothing more she can do, and could only suggest rehoming him to relieve his stress. I wasn’t convinced, and I’ve heard Dr. Monica is a bit of a cat lover, so we went in for a second opinion. She listened to every single thing I said (which was a lot), examined Oliver thoroughly, and found a medical issue that could be contributing to his behavior (I knew it!!). I am cautiously optimistic, but I also feel very relieved that Dr. Monica is on our side if he needs more support.”
