It was not a good experience. They wouldn’t cash a check for me on their bank. I showed two forms of identification & everything.

SO MUCH more helpful at this branch than any of the other 3 branches we HAD to stop at TRYING to get an account transferred into our name. The other worthless branches were Appling, Hacks Cross, and Poplar.Joel did such a great job helping us. He worked for HOURS with us and the estate dept. At Wells Fargo headquarters. He was so polite and worked hard to make sure we only had to make one trip to a notary since their branch didn't have one available. Michael, his boss was helpful with suggestions as well.

Awful. No branch of this bank ever answers their phone. I wanted to do business with them, but it's impossible. I needed to find a branch with a notary, but none of them seem to be well enough staffed to bother speaking with customers.

Doesn't answer phones at all. When I arrived the manager was being rude to another customer. Just to turn around and be rude to me.

In the past 6 months we have made two appointments in the branch. Both times waiting 20 minutes past while the person who appears to be running it ignored us and helped other customers. Terrible customer service. If we didn't need the transfer we would be pulling out our money today.

Tried calling for two days in a row and they do not answer the phone at this particular location. Called another location and they answered right away... Just had a simple question to avoid wasting my time going in to the branch if they don't offer notary services. Now I have to go in person and probably have even more of my time wasted.

I'm just disappointed that this bank didn't really try to help me although, I showed at the wrong location.. my fault. The manager was nice although the person in office said she help me, I was told that's she is too booked up. I really thought wells fargo was a curiosity bank. I never forget my experience at both locations.

This branch and all its staff are very rude and not welcoming. They need to be trained on better customer service and how to speak to customers when addressing their concerns.

Has to be the slowest branch I’ve ever been to. I have to make a deposit at this branch daily for work and the shortest wait time is 30 minutes and that is with hardly anyone in line to begin with. I would hate to see how long it takes them with 3 or more cars in the drive up lanes. I’ve been to some of their other branches and never experienced this. Terrible!!!

The worst experience you can have.I’ve been working with Wells Fargo for almost 10 years for all my account (Personal, business , saving & line if credit) & I never seen such a unprofessional and rude employee specially Ms.Rudy.I had a document than need to be notarized & I didn’t know than you need to get the appointment for this (which it’s understandable) but instead of telling me nicely than “I’m sorry, can not do it at this minute and you can get an appointment online or whatever” she was so rude and speak loudly to me than “oh you supposed to know it”&”there is noting than I can do when people come with out an appointment” with out even let me to say , hey I’m sorry I didn’t know it.No wonder why this branch has 2.5 star.Don’t get me wrong , Wells Fargo is a good bank but not sure how they hired these branch employees , if you need to do anything go to the Appling branch to deal with professional staff.

Terrible service! I don’t do reviews at all, but this location is trash. In fact I’ll take my 9 accounts and move them somewhere else. Had an apportionment still waited for 35 minutes to be spoken to. The sloth took forever and they’re all so rude.

They are VERY understaffed. So much so, that there are only about 2 people working and they have to keep the door locked. This isn't a Wells Fargo problem; this is an EVERYWHERE problem. No one wants to work. I've seen the same problems in the hotel and restaurant industry. Despite the understaffing, the staff is still very nice THEY ARE DOING THEIR BEST. The employees there have been there a long time. They need some grace. You can't make people apply for jobs and work - - Unless you stop giving out free government money.
