I was dreading going to the post office because of experiences at other locations, but this USPS office is one of the best customer experiences of any kind that I’ve had in a while. While I was there, I observed staff be very patient and kind with an irrationally irritated customer, and provide amazing service to everyone. Thank you to Destiny and the team for helping me today! “I stopped in last Wednesday to mail a letter and lost my set of keys. I've searched high and low all week long and never found them. This morning a lightbulb went off in my head and I realized I was in the post office mailing a letter on the day I lost my keys. So, I called our very sweet post master and she said she found a set of keys. I stopped in and what do you know, she had my long lost keys. I've had those keys and key chain for 20 years. Gotta love small towns, everyone looks out for one another!”
