Best dang cheeseburger joint in Ashland City and miles around it. There was southern food on the menu that I didn't get to try but I will soon. Excellent service too. I'm definitely going back.Food: 5/5

As a native of Cheatham County, TN who moved away, this place feels like home. Southern roots, small, fantastic home-cooked food. Our server was so nice and so helpful. We ordered the special of the day, which was meatloaf, and it tasted like something my grandmother would make. It's definitely a local spot, but if you ever find yourself in Ashland City, do yourself a favor and try Cody's!

Good Meat N Three and Great Breakfast. Like most Meat N Three, they tend to run out of certain foods at times. Also, I wish they stayed open a little longer.

Straight from the hip like always give you the pros and cons ins and outs. I was just passing through wanted something a little different nice little mom and pop style restaurant. Very well proportioned food super hot and fresh. Hands down the best hush puppy and fried okra that I've had in a really long time. However the catfish was terrible. I understand sometimes you just get a bad fillet as I used to catch these and cook them myself. As I know my way around the kitchen pretty good nonetheless that is a one time experience I'm not mad at all if you like Southern sweet tea it lives up to its name it's a little smaller so if you had a large party keep that in mind. Good clean simple country environment I'm ever passing through again I'll definitely give it another try

Great southern hospitality with some awesome southern cooking. I ate a B.L.T. with fries and it was the best blt I've had in very long time. If you're in Ashland City and hungry then you should definitely check if they're open and take advantage of it if they are. I promise, you won't be disappointed with breakfast or lunch. Thank y'all for the amazing customer service and a great sandwich to hit the road with.

Home cooked food and desserts! If you leave hungry, it's your fault; the servings are healthy sized! LOL The waitresses treat you like family, and when you come again, they remember your name! The peach cobbler, fresh from the oven with a scoop of ice cream, is a must try!We have been eating here for the past 7 years and have never been disappointed!Parking: They have parking in front, along the street and also the church parking lot, located across the road.

A cute little place in this small town that serves up smiles, southern hospitality and good food that'll send you on your way. I went for breakfast and enjoyed good grits, fine coffee and a sprinkling of "darling" and "sugar" mixed in with the conversation with the staff. I look forward to heading back for lunch here in the future!

Wonderful food!! My husband and grandson and I had a great breakfast. I accidentally forgot my coffee thermos there and when I called the next day to ask. They had washed it and put it up just waiting for me to call! Just lovely ladies who work there!

Incredibly great service. Staff went above and beyond and did a phenomenal job. Hamburger steak was really good, fries were better. Apparently the pies are their best work so will be back to try them.

The biggest western omelette ever. The biscuit was warm and fluffy. Coffee was not to strong. Staff very friendly. While it cost us $30 for breakfast it was well worth it. Better than any chain restaurant. The setting was wonderful, we enjoyed reading all the signs in this little house converted to a diner.

"Baked Chicken" was actually two tiny pre-fab cutlets drowned in gravy. Exterminator (Ace) was spraying while we were eating. Yup. That happened. Staff was friendly (only reason for 2 stars). HARD PASS
