I’ve had 2 credit cards for many years. My limits were raised several times leaving me satisfied. While I pay in full every month, it’s nice to know that I have very healthy credit limits should I need it. I moved from Nashville to AC in 2020. I left Suntrust that was merging as Truist at that time and began banking with savings and checking accounts. The experience was a great transition so when mortgage rates dropped, I refinanced my mortgage with US Bank. That too was a painless transition. I now do all banking with US Bank and I deal with both Ashland City and Bellemeade locations and both are always very helpful and friendly. The girls at Ashland City feel like family and I can’t imagine banking anywhere else. I highly recommend the Ashland City branch of US Bank!

Jessica is the absolute BEST! She knows exactly what she's doing and gets everything done in a timely manner! I don't know what we would do without her!!!!!

TOO MANY NIT PICKING UNNECESSARY in house RULES, INEXPERIENCED TELLERS! They always made it difficult or wouldn't let make make deposits for my elderly mother, I WAS DEPOSITING NOT WITHDRAWING? Most complicated on line banking I've ever seen! NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS! I've UNSUBSCRIBED A DOZEN TIMES BUT THE EMAILS JUST KEEP COMING! YOU CAN NOT STOP THEM! AVOILD THIS BANK AT ALL COST. p.s. I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so out of frustration!

I recently deposited a check from a supposed company and soon realized afterwards that it was a fraudulent check from a scam artist. I never heard from this bank on the matter. They just closed my account without trying to reach me or giving me a chance to explain this and when I tried reaching out to them I got no answer. I am expecting my taxes back soon and won’t be able to get them because of this matter. I’m very disappointed with this bank and will never deal with them again.

Got a letter that says I can only make 3 inner transfers a quarter!! Moving money on app.from MY savings to MY checking.. if I make more than 3 transfers I will be penalized $15.00!! It’s my money & i’m not asking for any assistance from them.. I called they said I can change my savings account to a different type of checking.. it’s called savings for a reason, to be available if needed.. Seems the less the bankers help theses days the more ya get charged!! Very disappointing will be looking for a new bank, this coming week.. Not that it matters to them but we keep a high balance on our savings..
