The gate is broken too often. The office is not open in time and the girl at front office in the lobby was rude. There is room for customer service. The parking sticker rules are ridiculous! People's cars were towed because it was in the middle of the windshield, not at the bottom right of the passenger side.

The only complaint I have is that the ice was terrible and I walk with a cane and it was very hard for me to get to my car, other than that I am very pleased.
