This store has a problem with the pharmacy losing pain medicine scripts and then shorting the customer on three days of pain pills. This tells me that someone in the pharmacy is stealing pain pills from legitimate patients. Don’t use this Walgreens.

I'm adding a star because this place is always clean, organized, and the staff is friendly. It would otherwise get 1 star--why? I have made multiple appointments over the course of two years at the walk-in clinic section of this specific Walgreens, for different vaccine shots. I made my appointments online, filled out my paperwork (digitally), and selected my time and requested service. The majority of the time when I then showed up for the appointment, the staff in the pharmacy had no idea who I was or why I was there. I always had to fill out the paperwork again. But worse, on many of those occassions I was told the shot wasn't available at all--this happened for different vaccines (a Hep series, a COVID booster, etc.). Why I was allowed to select that vaccine and that time when they didn't have it in stock makes no sense. I understand their stock may be in short supply or running late, but if I make an appointment more than a week in advance for a service your website says is available then take time out of my work day to make my appointment only to be told I need to go home and try again by phone on a future date? At minimum, a text alert or call to let me know I needed to reschedule before the time of my scheduled appointment would be greatly appreciated. The automated system usually texts and emails me 3x+ to remind me, can it not tell me to reschedule? The staff either doesn't have access to their online scheduling and information system or they don't check. On a day I was actually able to get the shot I showed up for, it took another 30 minutes because they had to fill out everything I'd already done online and figure out how to "schedule" a vaccine. I've also gotten stuck on a phone alert from this location telling me a non-existant refill (e.g. a refill for something I don't have a refill for) is available. Note--I went to another Walgreens less than a 20 minute drive from this one, in Nashville, a day after I was unable to get a shot here and having completed the paperwork online and selected a time, I arrived--they printed my forms out, had me sign once, then gave me my requested shot. I'll keep going there instead of this location.

I live in Nashville, but I had to get my vaccine at the Walgreens in Ashland City. The people working there are so friendly and the store in attractive and clean. I'm very impressed!

Not very common to give a shout out to a Walgreens, but I'm going to attempt to do so today. Albeit, this store is part of a major pharmaceutical chain, the employees make you feel like you are at home. From the time you hit the door, someone is greeting you. When you get your prescriptions filled, the staff is so very professional in their care for you. This store gives you a home town feel like you are going to your old mom and pop pharmacy. I'd like to give a shout out for one of their employees who I found to be "world-class" in her professionalism, care and compassion. Courtney (last name unknown) has got to be one of THEE most professional people I have come across. To watch her from afar as she worked with other customers by putting them at ease during some difficult times in their lives was a thing of beauty to watch. You can clearly see she is a gentle soul who loves humanity regardless of race, religion, creed or sex. She was utterly amazing!!! Courtney, I can only hope that someone from the corporate Walgreens will get this message and personally recognize you in some way. You truly ARE an ambassador for your company, as well as for mankind. I was blessed to have that brief postage stamp place in time moment to talk with you. Thanks for what YOU do!!

Pleased to have a Walgreens closer to Pleasant View than running all the way to Springfield as I get huge discounts purchasing their generics here. The store has always been clean when visiting.

Rips off Senior Citizens - Beware! I had had problems with service at this store and had started going to another Walgreens in a neighboring town because of my Medicare prescription insurance. Against my gut I had my blood pressure medication refilled here one more time because my husband was going there. He got home and the cost of a 90 day supply was $50. Their Good RX price was $20!!! There is no service, no compassion, no empathy, no desire to help their customers. The same pharmacist has been there since they opened and the store service is still crap. The Walgreens in a neighboring town checked my last prescription I got there and saved me $40!!!! They checked for the cheapest price rather than just grabbing my money and running. DO NOT go to this store for prescription NEEDS if you can avoid them. I have complained about prior incidents at this store to @Walgreens corporate and really haven't gotten anywhere. Avoid this pharmacy in this town if at all possible.

Our local family owned pharmacy closed after Walgreens and Walmart ran them out of business. I chose Walgreens to manage the household occasional prescriptions. Three times we have had an issue - they can't find insurance, they are calling the wrong person in the household for prescriptions, they don't show the prescription that was ordered by the doc and it took 3 days to obtain. The staff is clueless and the pharmacists, although standing next to the tech when we lodge a complaint, don't give even a minute of their time to establish reasonable customer service. I hate to say it but I am going to have to take my business to the conglomerate Walmart. I hate it but here aren't any other pharmacies in a 40 minute radius. I am not only person who has issues, based on reviews and my observations at the pharmacy. The pharmacist was shuffling around saying, "we can't find it. I don't know we can't find jr". One of the techs found the Rx in the back row and his response was, "it's a good day when we can find stuff" RIDICULOUS. .
