Absolutely horrible pharmacy! They don't deserve a single star.... I've been on heavy meds for seizures since 1993 and I've had over 9 different pharmacy's. This Walgreens is by far THE WORST I've even had. Every other month a different problem with them getting my meds ready ( over 5+ years). And yes no kidding, every other month! One WORKER says this then other says that. One worker says your meds are ready on the phone, then when you get up there they tell you it's not. Walgreens will basically tell you tough luck, on a problem they caused, with something that could cause you in the hospital! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED....

If there was ANYWHERE else to go besides Walmart, I’d leave them in a heartbeat.

Very, very expensive store. They claim to be America's drug store, but everything is just so expensive. The pharmacy makes several mistakes about filling some medications. They do correct them when you call but it shouldn't happen in the first place.

They have the worst service of any store in the state of Tennessee that I have went to. Stayed on the phone for thirty five minutes just to see if I had any prescriptions ready

Came in 3 different times to pick-up my prescription, waited over 20 minutes each time before I left. Slowest Walgreens in existence.

Don’t call to refill your prescription unless you want to be on hold for 45 minutes. Slowest Walgreens in existence.

I'm adding a star because this place is always clean, organized, and the staff is friendly. It would otherwise get 1 star--why?I have made multiple appointments over the course of two years at the walk-in clinic section of this specific Walgreens, for different vaccine shots. I made my appointments online, filled out my paperwork (digitally), and selected my time and requested service. The majority of the time when I then showed up for the appointment, the staff in the pharmacy had no idea who I was or why I was there. I always had to fill out the paperwork again. But worse, on many of those occassions I was told the shot wasn't available at all--this happened for different vaccines (a Hep series, a COVID booster, etc.). Why I was allowed to select that vaccine and that time when they didn't have it in stock makes no sense. I understand their stock may be in short supply or running late, but if I make an appointment more than a week in advance for a service your website says is available then take time out of my work day to make my appointment only to be told I need to go home and try again by phone on a future date? At minimum, a text alert or call to let me know I needed to reschedule before the time of my scheduled appointment would be greatly appreciated. The automated system usually texts and emails me 3x+ to remind me, can it not tell me to reschedule? The staff either doesn't have access to their online scheduling and information system or they don't check. On a day I was actually able to get the shot I showed up for, it took another 30 minutes because they had to fill out everything I'd already done online and figure out how to "schedule" a vaccine. I've also gotten stuck on a phone alert from this location telling me a non-existant refill (e.g. a refill for something I don't have a refill for) is available.Note--I went to another Walgreens less than a 20 minute drive from this one, in Nashville, a day after I was unable to get a shot here and having completed the paperwork online and selected a time, I arrived--they printed my forms out, had me sign once, then gave me my requested shot. I'll keep going there instead of this location.

The drive thru takes forever. Don’t ever call it’s the same way. A doctor can send prescription medications in good for 90day and one year refills but the pharmacy say that’s not how it’s written. The want you to pay the copay for 30days each month. The techs struggle with being nice which shows they aren’t happy with their job. The pharmacist are only friendly if you smile and recognize them. If the pharmacist are responsible for the long wait and filling prescriptions I’d tell the corporate office. I’d also tell the corporate office I want to file a grievance against whomever is responsible for the issues. If anyone is afraid for being fired well good luck with that because Walgreens will be in a law suit and I don’t think they want that. It’s Ridiculous is what it is. If you can’t run the place give it to the that can. There are good/bad days but give it to the one that makes it a happy place.

Every Employee, pharmacy tech, and pharmacist has been helpful and wonderful. They make what is a large retail chaim feel like a small town pharmacy.

This Walgreens is absolutely horrible. When ordering my prescriptions online (that are needed and ordered by a doctor) the order goes through and then gets cancelled with no notice. When I asked the tech about this she said it’s because the meds shouldn’t be taken together usually and they need a doctor to call them. What is a prescription for then??? Why not call the doctor then??? Or why not call me and tell me that I need to ask my doctor to call directly??? How they expected me to know this I have no idea. I’m in the process of switching pharmacies and highly recommend doing the same.

This store is terribly understaffed. I called my prescription in for an emergency inhaler at 1030 AM. I was told it wouldn't be ready until 1230 PM. When I went at 130 PM Iwas told it wouldn't be ready until 230 PM. I gave up.and would have to go back the next day. Walgreens gets all my business because they're the only drive thru pharmcy in town
