Went to this practice for about a year. Kept getting sent bills because they can’t figure out how to bill Va. now put me in collections because of the same bill.

My family and I have been going this facility for quite some time now, it was great at first with fast and efficient service. But as time went on it gotten worse, when making an appointment there wasn't anything available until months later and when we get to our appointment the wait is long but the check up is short. I don't question the doctors but they really just ask a couple of questions and just provide you some medicine if you're concerned about something, I wish there were more test done or more care for patient since some of these diagnosis are just not a slap on the wrist. These incidents are not a one time thing as it seems to be a reoccurring service now. It's also extremely hard to get in contact with our family doctor when we simply just need a refill on medication or just simple concerns that doesn't require a visit. When we call the office to leave a message for the doctor's nurse they don't reach back until weeks later or not even at all. Extremely disappointed on what this facility has become.

As a veteran i was sent to Athens family practice for my primary care dr instead of driving to Knoxville VA. After a year of seeing doctors and fighting with them over billing i went back to driving a hour to the va. Now they sent me to collections because there billing department can't do something as simple as bill the Va. I've called and called Athens family practice telling them they need to bill the Va and over and over again I'm told we are so sorry we will fix this and a month later bill is in the mail. Now I'm in collections because this company can't figure out how to bill insurance

Zero accountability, care or passion within this clinic from the front staff, to the doctors and labs department. Over 5 days for a doctor to review and release labs. The humans within this clinic are so numb to their jobs, it is scary.

Took my child here to the walk-in clinic portion and the clinician came out while I was giving insurance information and said is this a child? I said yes. She said I would prefer you go back to your established pediatrician since they’ve been treating her. I said I’m here because they’ve treated her for over a month and she’s still not better, I’d like a second opinion. She said I would still prefer you go back there. I said I would really like someone else to take a look. A fresh set of eyes where they aren’t mass treating for sinus infections. I said so you won’t see her today? She said you are established somewhere else. It’s A WALK IN CLINIC….what’s the point if you are established somewhere else. What if I couldn’t get an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s seems more like I don’t want to deal with treating a child. Will NEVER go there again.

Love Dr.Hall she is good at calming you down when you are frustrated she takes time to listen to your concerns and helps come up with a plan of treatment that you are comfortable with

I moved here from California my first time since being here going to any doctor. I did not feel as though I was being helped nor listened to they decided to just tell me something that I know was not wrong. And gave me meds I could have gotten over the counter. Highly dissatisfied.

I worked in the lab 2x there. You have no Help. They order drug screens, blood work and urine tests non stop. You look up the orders ( that are never there) draw the blood, handle the insurance, spin the blood and send it off all while having to stick people in between. I never got to to leave on time. I was always having to work over at least an hour. You can't keep a babysitter that way.

I have been going here for the past 3 months I have to say my health has been neglected this entire time. I been suffering (laid up in bed) for mostly 3 months having tension headaches really bad the only thing they have done was get me a MRI done (which came back fine) I haven't been seen in like 2 weeks since my MRI. I even went in personally requested the office manager to get in touch with me because I have a complaint about this office no response (of course) I was supposed to have a call back 3 days ago no phone call. I am sick and tired of suffering while they are doing nothing for me. I will be finding another doctor as of Monday! They don't even wear masks most of the time during a pandemic its such a joke in there!
