Discussed some options, made a plan and they worked hard to get me my vehicle back quick… and they did. Excited to bring my other car in to get these issues finally addressed where others tried and could not fix.”
“Hey everyone I just wanted to share my experience with D.D. I am the President of a construction company in Ohio. I came down to Tenn a few weeks ago after I purchased a used 2019 F550 bucket truck. Long story short is I had another shop prior to me coming replace all 6 tires and do a full service and inspection. Oil change and fuel filter change was part of the service. Paid that shop $3500 for the work. Drove the 9 hours trip to get the truck everything looked good we got about 20 miles down the road on the interstate and the fuel line blew off. The shop that did the work was absolutely no help and they preceded to tell me that it was to big of a job that I should find someone else. So I was stranded 9 hrs from home on the highway at 4pm I researched for Diesel repair shops and Downtown Diesel popped up and they were also right across from the other shop. I call them explained what was happening and had the truck towed over. They worked thier butt of trying to get the replacement parts from Ford on a Sat morning. They finally located the part at a dealership an hour north. I picked the part up since I was closet and brought it to them. I got there around 2:50pm these guys had a full shop no bays open and worked on mine knowing the situation i was in. The mechanic worked outside on a stone parking lot for 3 hrs on cardboard. Had to drop the PTO and maybe the transmission can't remember to replace these fuel lines. They worked and hour pass closing on a Sat (Which no one's does these days) to get me and my man headed back home. I can't thank Downtown Diesel enough your team you have is amazing and we need more small businesses like you around.

“Just want to say these guys are top notch! They made a bad situation very comfortable for us. Showed up towed our truck and trailer to their shop when we broke down. Made sure our trailer had power and water so we could stay in it. Checked in on us the next day helped us get propane. Couldn’t have ask for two better guys than Nathan and Jim they went above and beyond to make sure we were good. We were so thankful they were there. Randy and Tonya”

“I appreciate L&M for their honesty and fast work. I had an oil change done at a drive thru service and then my Jeep started over heating. I called L&M and they got me in right away. They could have charged me thousands and replaced thermostats and water pump but they didn't. Instead they figured out there was air in my radiator from the fluids being checked while they were too hot. They took care of the problem and only charged me the hourly fee. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great work L&M ?”

“If I could rate more stars I would! I was traveling to Knoxville for a family event when my car started acting crazy. I stopped in the closest town and got a diagnostic report, but needed immediate service for my car (Volvo). It was mid day on Saturday. I called and Mr. Camacho, agreed to look at the car. He assessed the problem, called for parts (had to drive to Knoxville), Drove me and my sisters to my family member's home, an hour away and then went back and fixed my car, then waited until I could return 7pm. I can't say enough about the service and attention we received. He explained everything to me and even showed me the bad parts. I don't usually have to deal with these issues, but I am so glad that I came across this honest business! I highly recommend!”
“My wife and I wound up not getting the car we test drove but the business deserves a 5 star review because of how well we were treated by the salesman Rob. He wasn’t pushy and showed us exactly what we could afford. He even gave us a price break down on the back of his business card. If we hadn’t found exactly what we We’re looking for in our price range at another dealership, we would’ve purchased from there. If I ever go to buy another car, I will keep them in mind.”

“Tim repaired an antique cast iron boot scraper that everyone else said couldn't be done ... and it looks amazing! Mine was a small job that didn't earn him a lot, and working with the brittle old iron was a recipe for cracking, but he treated the job with as much care and professionalism as he would have a Rolls Royce hood ornament and presented me with a beautifully welded scraper. So, thank you so much, Tim! P.S.—The cost was reasonable, and the staff were all super-friendly and courteous, too.”

They were very busy because apparently someone had some Nails out and caused a lot of other vehicles to need service but they got me taken care of so quickly.
