I love Auto Zone! Everyone is so helpful. The last time I went in my tail lights quit working. The gentleman came out and took my old bulbs out and replaced them. He was so kind. Auto Zone is the best!

Wasn’t helpful I just needed help fixing my windshield wiper and he told me “I’m not going to touch it your going to have to fix it yourself you broke it I’m not the dealership or service man you got this car at I work here” and pointed towards the autozone sign on the building and started walking back inside I just left and never will be back

I went in to replace my rear view mirror and the guys were not helpful at all. First they said I didn't know how to do the work and recommended that I take it to the dealership. I went home and watched how to replace it. Got it down to the mounting bracket. Went back they said didn't have any in stock but I pulled it up on their website showing it was in stock. He then got it for me and said that it wasn't going to work. I bought it and couldn't get the mounting bracket out. I went to return it and he was like yeah I thought that would happen. However, the mounting bracket did come out and I only found that out when I went to another parts store and got excellent customer service and purchased the same mirror that Auto Zone had.
