I accidentally locked some luggage in a rental car during an after hours (Sunday) drop off, but had to head back to Michigan the same day so I couldn’t wait around. I called next morning to explain the situation. Blake and the rest of the staff were very helpful and willing to go out of their way to make sure my luggage got shipped back to me in Michigan. Although I might not be in Tennessee to visit the branch anytime soon, this experience has made me an Enterprise customer for life.”
