They have 2 lanes for pick-up at the drive through pharmacy, yet if I am the only one in the second lane, they make you wait until they have served the ones in the first lane, so there is zero advantage to going to the other lane. It's infuriating! At least their pharmacists are polite.

For the last 5 years, every time I go to pick up my prescription they seem to be out of stock. This means I am without my medication for 2 weeks to a month, which makes me feel sick and miserable. I have a medication that I don't need to refill as often but they are always trying to give me that one. Your computers tell you when a refill is needed, so why is mine never available to be refilled. Your staff seem to be confused about why each time I come in, that I am upset about my refill not being filled how many people do I need to talk to before this problem is solved.

They constantly delete my prescriptions from the pharmacy database and claim the doctor never sent it—or blame the doctor in every case. They also like to refuse to dispense my prescriptions on the rare occasions that they haven't already deleted them from the system. Nosy pharmacists and pharmacy techs as well.I have never had this problem with Walgreens or any other pharmacy. I recommend avoiding this pharmacy at all costs.

Seems like anytime I have to go here the employees seem like they don’t want u there and when I call no one ever answers the phone the one one Washington avenue is definitely much better

For some reason they claim they never have my prescriptions. When I explain that my Dr. had already called them in, they mysteriously find them. This has happened 3 times. On the third time, and I was aggravated, the pharmacist named Christina refused to ever fill my prescriptions again! She said I was rude! She would be too if people lied to you all the time. On one instance, my Dr called in 2 prescriptions. They filled one and not the other because my insurance didn’t cover one. Just because insurance doesn’t pay, doesn’t mean I don’t need it! I then asked her to fill it. She let me know that I would have to wait again. Ok. Fill it! By the way, the one she refused to fill was stomach meds. I’ve used CVS since they were Revco! Many many years of my money going to them! Never again!

With so many options for pharmacies, you are better off picking any place else, because this one has the rudest ppl working there. I will never use cvs for anything anymore.

Very nice, polite and helpful staff. Pharmacist that gave me my shot was very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. I love going to this CVS they have always taken very good care of me.❤️

It has been an ongoing problem for them to not have what we need, and instead of being helpful, they’ve sent us on our way. They’re extremely rude, and if it wasn’t because of insurance, I would not use any CVS. We definitely won’t be using this one EVER AGAIN.

10/10 would not recommend CVS PERIOD but definitely not this one. It’s an ongoing thing that they are rude and instead of ordering or helping us with our prescriptions, they’ve just sent us on our way. We will NEVER be visiting their store again.
