I absolutely love the pharmacy. Everyone is always friendly. When I first moved from out of state, my insurance hadn't been switched yet and my prescriptions weren't covered, but a couple of the ladies were able to help get me help to make my medications cheap enough I could afford them. I don't plan to ever switch pharmacies!

Get a whole new staff. They are rude as can be. Never can get scripts filled on time. Ask a question and get a snarky response. Im ready to change pharmacy's. I've been using CVS on Decatur PIKE in Athens tn for well over ten years. This is getting ridiculous.

10/10 would not recommend CVS PERIOD but definitely not this one. It’s an ongoing thing that they are rude and instead of ordering or helping us with our prescriptions, they’ve just sent us on our way. We will NEVER be visiting their store again.

The pharmacy techs are horrible, they are rude in person and over the phone. Ask them a question and they just stick you on hold without saying anything. It's an ongoing thing for them to be absolutely horrible at customer service. We have to use them for insurance purposes but I would almost rather pay full price for medicine than use them.

I’ve now had to file 2 complaints against the same pharmacist tech for the exact same refusal of filling my prescriptions along with her attitude, disrespectful tone along with raising her voice at me at a level that the entire store could hear the conversation! I moved from Louisiana less than 30 days ago and had all my scripts and my wife’s scripts transferred to Athens Tennessee. I’ve never been treated like this in my home town of Hammond LA but here in Athens Tennessee y
