Dr. Carter has been my primary physician since he opened his doors many years ago. He is an EXCELLENT physician, he is easy to talk to, very caring and a GREAT sense of humor. Not only is he my Doctor, I consider him a friend.

After a very bad experience with another local physician. I searched for a new doctor. Dr. Carter came highly recommended by several people I love his care for his patients and his bedside manor has proven to be genuine care for my wel being.
