Mountainside was very accommodating throughout the installation process. During a faulty equipment swap, Pam was helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with intoxilock. Highly recommend. But keep intoxilock. Don't drink and drive!

Everything went great until I had to reschedule then it kinda went off the rails.Email with wrong date and time of install after reschedule.Trying to talk to someone about it resulted in being put on hold numerous times.Everything worked out in the end but it was stressful.Installer was a big help so kudos to them.

The people installing the device were great. Just don't like the product. First of all I am a smoker and don't have that much lung power, second is you shouldn't be using it while driving. It'll cause an accident.
