Will always use yall for my services. Ive used turbo tax, liberty tax and yall. Ill keep my jackson hewitt. Thank you trevor at walmart in athens tn. I had 3 1099s and a w2. Still came out with 3500 dollars this year. You have been my lifeline. Hope you srick around town for next yr.

My 1st time filling taxes turned out to be much easier then I had anticipated thanks to the beautifully MARIA H HOLDER.A very respectable, smart, and nice women who guided me through the process of filling out my taxes. All of my questions was answered without any complaints, and I left was inspired because Maria honestly enjoys her job and taught me multiple things about filling taxes. Making sure I would meet goals by next year to even file a dependent.I had even made a terrible mistake by somehow flipping a pen towards her and barley missing her face and I was left so embarrassed ? however Maria took my frown and turned it upside. With her reassurance I knew I would recommend Jackson Hewitt to my family and friends because I know they would be great hands.I can usually tell whenever someone is just doing there job to get paid, however unless Maria is a renowned actor then I'm sure she was doing her best to help meI gotta say her boyfriend or husband must be lucky to be in her life and I know her boss is very lucky to have her working for Jackson Hewitt.Lastly the only problem I had with Jackson Hewitt is the full price wasn't available outside of the with the ads. I saw that there was 60$ posted outside of the booth however the price got bigger with added bank fees and so on so on.Thank you Maria and Jackson for filling my taxes

After an error on Maria's end she would not answer the phone. The phone would be picked up then hung up, or just laid on a table and we would hear talking. Wasn't until reaching out to another branch that we got someone to answer and help with the issues we acquired with using the Athens location. Fairly dissatisfied with how she ended up handling the situation.
