“I dropped off my silver moisonite tennis bracelet to have it downsized. Needed 3 links/stones removed to go from 8 inches down to 7.5 inches. I was guestimating it would take 3 stones to get there and luckily it was right on the dot! Perfect! The bracelet looks great. They did a good clean job. A complete job. And everything functions like it should. They did forget to call me when it was ready though. I only found out because it's nearing a month in a couple days since I dropped it off and I checked in on it. But oh well stuff happens. It was worth the wait! I'm super happy with the work and would recommend them.”
