Employees are usually pretty helpful and easy to find. Prices can sometimes be a little high in comparison to competitors but it's usually doable.

I wanted a sheet of plywood cut in 3 pieces. I asked a lady ,she called for help and after 3 times she said the person that cut was unloading a truck. I waited 20 minutes to be told by the man that ‘we don’t do project cuts’. Aren’t all things that you do projects ,so why have a saw .

A clerk at the store took an item from my friends 17-year-old grand son. He had bought chain saw blade that was not the right blade and was exchanging it for the correct blade. The clerk took the blade and did not give him his money back. The clerk then charged him for the second blade.When I went to the store 1196 Lowe's Athens TN. The assistant manager Sabrina was no help and not very polite. I contacted corporate and they had the manager Jesse Wilson refund me the $33 but instead of a check they sent me a gift card that can only be spent in Lowe's. Will never shop at Lowe's again.

My husband and I have spent untold thousands of dollars at Lowe’s in the past remodeling houses. I’m getting ready to purchase about $750 worth of paint for the latest project. Got some samples. Paint counter was helpful. Went to check out. Didn’t know how to do it especially with the sample thing. Ask the girl for help figuring it out. She looked right at me, turned her back to me, picked up a little garbage can and rudely walked off. Went to the service desk, asked would they help check me out? They said no, frowned and pointed at the self check. Like what am I supposed to do? I don’t freaking work there, quit treating me like you really hate these nuisance customers coming in and bothering you when you really just want to dump a little garbage can in peace and quiet and get your paycheck for free! Going to Home Depot to get my paint.

Every time I almost remember where an item is located lowes has to move it, so do not expect to run in a hurry and grab something. Even the employees are drove crazy by the decision
