I have went to most veterinary clinics in McMinn county for my little ones. This is by far the best one I've seen so far. I had an emergency situation occur with Lacy. He took my Lil Lacy in when other clinics kept trying to setup an appointment even though I was explaining that it was an emergency that she wouldn't live that long. His office had me bring her immediately and after he checked her, she was rushed for emergency surgery. He did everything possible to try and save my little Lacy but she never awoke from the surgery. Dr. Offuts cares for your Lil family member. And his staff were very friendly. I have finally found a doctor for my babies. I wish to thank him and his staff for all they tried to do for my babygirl and for me afterwards,when all others wouldn't.

I cannot say enough about how amazing, caring, and understanding everyone in the office is. I walked in today at my wits end after going to several vets over a few weeks who didn't help. I knew Bella was on the brink of death even though other vets had acted like it was no big deal. They worked her in and are doing surgery right now, after hours, to save her life. Regardless of the outcome, which I desperately hope will be a good one, I will be forever grateful to them. Thank you so much.

The staff is absolutely the rudest staff I’ve ever met. My baby was crying when I went to pick him
Up. She said thank God you are here to get it cause he wouldn’t shut up! Then over charged me to crop his ears. I will never use them again!

Dr. Offutt and his staff have the best vet clinics I have brought my pets to, in Tennessee! Thank you for your knowledge, caring and affordable visits. Dr. Offutt takes the time to discuss what is going on with your pet. In my 60 plus years of owning dogs and cats, Dr. Offutt is only the third vet I have encountered that shows compassion toward "your" animal. Thanks Doc and staff! A true Family Affair!

I thought the first visit was a little expensive but chalked it up to my dog being a new patient. Second time we showed up for appt. & the receptionist said we weren't in the system. After I commented about the remodeling since last visit, she told me many files had been lost. A few days ago I stopped in to pick up flea & tick med, but was told AGAIN that our file was not in the system! Dr Offutt might be a good vet, but definitely looking for a new one that doesn't keep "misplacing" my dogs file!

Great they always take great care with our puppies whether they are ours, consignment or rescue pups. We raise 3 Toy Aussies litters a year plus sell for 3 breeders and when I have time I take on rescue litters. We helped over 50 rescues last year besides helped small breeders find homes for 5 litters. While still finding great homes for our own puppies. This vet office helped us make that happen. They always on top of things. Larose Farms Kennels Toy Aussies. Video Tour available if or kennels at any time but sorry we didn't do outside visitors. We only meet people. This is to keep our puppies Healthy. Offut and his staff are awesome best prices around.

Dr offutt is really good with small and large animals rakes time to explain everything to you his clinic is always spot shine clean in the waiting room and in the back where he takes care of the animals his staff is very knowledgeable and friendly I would highly recommend his clinic they done a great job on my dog if your reading this Dr offutt thank you very much

I have four dogs , one is 17 this month and needs medicine, the blonde girl at the front desk reminds me every month that she needs her rabies and I replied she will no longer be getting rabies do to her age and condition. I ask her to put a note in the computer and her reply was she wasn’t going to jail for nobody ,well that’s not all , I have another dog that has to be sedated to get his nails done , mined you every time I go back with him , she threw a fit when I tried to go back ,and then had the vet tell me because I had large dogs I was taking to much of there time ! Well I believe I pay for that time when I make a appointment! I have used them for almost three years and they are rude and now I’m looking to take care of my fur babies somewhere else . And this is the first time I have ever left a review good or bad and I’m 53 years old , that tells y’all something, they had me in tears !

I really like the vet but they won't answer phone calls nor will they call you back ever.I have a very sick kitten and was willing to wait no matter the wait time,they never opened nor called me back.

Just visited this vet for the first time and they charged me for a puppy pack for 28.00 for some pamphlets, and There is a sample of trifexis and states in the Brochure where the sample is states here’s a free first dose, so why did I pay $28 and it gets better if you want to get your prescriptions anywhere else they charge you $30 for Prescription

We got our German shepherd spayed for $130. We brought her in at 9 AM and she was done by 1 PM
