Very pleased with Justin's commitment to seeing this package recovered at any cost!! Any disgruntled feelings I may have had over the mistake were more than remedied by this postmaster's determination. Great job by Justin!!”

“A lot of the complaints i see on here have a lot to do with the rules/regulations of USPS. There is a certain protocol the staff have to abide by. The staff at Riceville Post Office have done an outstanding job. Also have to take into consideration with the constant over flow of 3rd party packages. Which comes with a whole new list of rules and regulation from the actual shipper. Leaving without signatures etc. Keep in mind sometimes you dont know what goes on behind the scene. Thank you for all you do USPS (Riceville) staff.”
