“Megan McKeehan with Suburban Propane was so incredibly helpful during a stressful situation involving scheduling and a lease transfer. She went above and beyond to help get a service call rescheduled and took the time to clearly explain the process, costs, and different options available to me. It’s rare to find someone who is both genuinely kind and willing to put in the extra effort to solve a problem. Megan was really patient, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the whole process. I am very impressed with the level of customer service she provided!”
