I love this bank and I always receive excellent customer service from Jody and Tessie. Jody and Tessie make me feel like a valued customer and they always greet me with a smile.

This is the rudest bank] I have ever seen..set up in advance to remove $$, they told me to come back Friday, so I showed up Friday. Was told to wait until a teller was available, but the next teller, Tessie said she could take care of it...however she could not ..then she told me that she didn't care what I did, Itold hershel was rude, meanwhile..kept waiting while the tellers discuss my money, telling everyone in the lobby I was withdrawing $50K cash, so I explained that this is how jugging starts, and that this transaction should be done in a office for security of the customer, but they refused, then the teller asked what my employer was, I should not have to answer that as it. Nothing to do with my transaction but she said if you don't give me your employment I'm not giving you the money so I told her I was retired... I'm a retired US Army veteran. Engineer..not some dumb kid you can think you can harass, intimidate and discriminate against... therefore I am taking all my funds out of this Bank forever.. RUDE EMPLOYEES!!

Would've been a 5 Star if Regions didn't close my husband's amd MY accounts for no reason.. When asked they said they didn't need to give us a reason for closing the accounts. Further more this happened on our vacation almost stranded us in Indiana, Thank God my dad was able to help us out. Rethink you business Regions this is poor customer service. Reason we banked through Regions because you had them here in Tennessee and in Indiana

Went to this location to do a withdrawal to purchase a vehicle, and they did not have they cash. It was not that large of a amount. They tried pushing a cashiers check on me, and that's not what I need. They also said how much I needed load enough for everyone in the bank to hear. I like my privacy when it comes to money, and that's not what I received. Every time I try to do any business with regions, it's a hassle. Thus was the last straw. I'm done with Regions.

I love the Athens branch Lauren and all the staff are so helpful. I love how they greet me by name. I've never experienced that till I started banking with Regions. I'm not just a account number there they know my name. I'll always bank with Regions. Thank You so much to the Athens branch.

I got took badly by my local Athens Tenn branch. Zips Car wash stole $40 unauthorized out of my account. I stopped the transaction but regions reversed it and allowed Zips to take the $ anyway. I have never had a bank that did not support their customers like regions. The ppl there are nice and smile but their actual business practices are horrible. I was planning to invest with their investment guy but I can’t in good sense even keep my checking accounts and savings accounts with them. I’ll be closing all of my accounts as soon as I find a new one and get everything transferred.

Probably the least helpful branch I have ever been to. I needed a money order and they told me they don’t do that at the Window after I told them I had a sick kid in the back and proceeded to tell me the lobby is full and that I can go wait in lane 3 until they are able to get to me. I have never had this issue with any other regions branch!

Simple straight forward and awesome staff. Kristen was super helpful and explained everything in detail and went above and beyond most bank staff would care to do. I would go to her for anything. Banking with Kristen at Regions made my experience very pleasant, thank you.
