I called the Congress Parkway branch to ask questions about my debit card. I had lost my debit card the day before & I called to ask about my husband's debit card not working for some reason. The woman that answered at first she was nice & answered my questions then she asked to speak to my husband because it was his card. When he got on the phone she asked him his last 4 digits of his phone number. I tried to speak up & say it but she interrupted me very rudely & said he had to say it. I told her he is disabled with dementia & Alzheimer's & he doesn't know it. Then very rudely & kinda loudly she said "Well he can look it up on his phone for it". How can a man that has dementia and Alzheimer's that doesn't know his phone number gonna look in his phone for that number? I tried to help him but she was the meanest & most rude person that I have talked too. I ended that call & found the other branch & the next woman I talked to was very nice & answered all my questions.

Absolutely disappointed with the way my account had been handled lately. Zero professionalism and no respect for my needs, when I needed this bank most the told me to call back Monday and they have no customer service available on Sundays my account is locked I have no access to my money and no way to talk to anyone about it. This establishment has fallen off and I will be taking all of my accounts personal and business to anyone else Monday!

Very friendly and nice tellers. It was crowded when I went inside to cash my paycheck, but they cleared the line in no time. I would definitely recommend this bank.
