I went in earlier this week to ask about home internet, they said my address is not in a great spot but I could try it and see if it works. Came back I'm today to get the setup and the person I dealt with would not even let me see if it would work. There Is a 14 day trial to see if thi gs work out. She would not even let me do that. I will not go back.

I got my phone online without a Sim card, but with the help of the 2 lovely t-mobile ladies they help me resolve my issue and I was on my way. Thanks to you both for great service ?

My wife a phone with them. and got a plan that was $100 and she has never got to pay what she pick out. it's been $300 and more at times and today she is paying $3010 and all they say is lies so don't be next one find you somewhere else to go because all they do is lie to get all the money they can form you and they don't even care

I called before gong in to ask if they could replace my home internet router in store. they said "yes, just bring it in"I got there and was told "they don't carry them in store so they can't do that..."

T mobile has the worst customer service. They were unable to transfer my number and passed responsibility off to the store and back to online. Then was given the run around again trying to get the account cancelled and my money reimbursed. I never even received a phone number but they activated an account to bill me. Terrible customer service

Go see AMBER and team!! She’s AMAZING! Went in to save money. (My old carrier was SOOO expensive! She hooked me up! Not only am i saving 200.00 a month I left with a new friend!!! THANKS AMBER!! I can FINALLY get the car I’ve needed for so long because, I finally can fit the payment into my budget! You guys are LIFESAVERS!

I have gone to this location twice. Staff has helped me very quickly and got me the info I've needed. Customer service at an extreme high here.

Great customer service employees working here. T-mobile is the best in my area. T-mobile in my service area is the only company who has 5G here. Their coverage is great. Never have any problems.

I called in to trade in 2 old phones and to purchase two new phones.The first rep told me since Ive been a customer since 2015 she could give my a promotional deal. I wanted to verify the deal with my husband and she said she would call back. I never received a call back at the time she committed to. I then spoke to another rep for an hour getting no where. Him telling me i was recieving the same promotion i was given earlier on. Come to find out it was not. He then rudely told me to not sign the disclaimer then and pretended to get a manager on the phone and i was disconnected.I have tried to follow up on reporting these calls and only get offers for other promos. Not an apology for the terrible customer service or trying to make this right. I'm very disappointed.
