I requested service for a fill up and within 72 they responded and filled up my take. They have a user friendly website. I will say, this was my first time using it to request service! Very pleased with them!

I do not recommend using the new online portal for payments. I went to order a propane delivery, but my annual tank rental was due and it said I had to pay that first, so I did. Today is 1/13 and the card transaction immediately debited from my bank account, yet my Thompson balance remains the same, and the payment is showing up as made on 1/18 (5 days in the future). So I still can't order propane. I sure hope this storm doesn't knock my power out because I won't be able to use my generator.
