Older woman checking receipts at the door is not very kind, I told her I did the email+print option but had not kept my receipt due to the gift bag I purchased breaking. the girl at the self checkout told me I could grab another one and I told her but clearly this was an issue because despite only having a few items she wanted to see it. When stating I did not have it she rolled her eyes, told me to get out and did a big “mhmmm” at me like girl bye please talk to her about costumer etiquette

This is the worst Wal-Mart of any I shop at. Employees stocking shelves in the way and won't move to the ones shopping for customers pick orders running over in store customers and rude. Then NO cashiers to check customers out. Cashier is a paid job. Wal-Mart employees get a discount and if I'm having to check myself out then I am working for Wal-Mart. We need our employees discount. I don't want to be a cashier, have not applied to be your cashier, so get the ones babysitting us doing a job we're not trained to do, back on registers..Then the one at the door yelling let me see your receipt won't be needed at the door. I hold my receipt up and keep walking. You don't trust us to do it then get the cashier's back. Every other Walmart has at least two cashier's early mornings and as day progresses they add as needed. Unhappy with your customer service.

I live in cleveland tn and I would take time out of day too drive here for groceries because it was so much easier to get in and out of but my last trip here was the worst especially with the del. department the girl who was helping me was the most disrespectful person I have ever met in an walmart I have shopped in she has had the nerve to call me stupid when I ask ask her if I could get meat sliced I know she has probably been doing this more customers but she meet her match with me and I went straight to the manager on duty and told her about it and left my whole cart of groceries with her and walked out the door hopefully they are happy they lost a 200.00 dollar store sell because of their stupid employee who can't be nice to people I don't recommend anyone shop this store they have a sorry store manager who can't keep his employee's in line.

It was bad enough when their entire staff started stocking during store hours while people are still shopping. Now they don’t even have a register operated by a human for larger orders. If I wanted to be a cashier at wal mart, I would just be a cashier at wal mart. This company is becoming anti-consumer and ate up with greed.

Once again, they have changed everything around and you can barely find what you went to get. They also added more self checkouts. I am not a happy shopper.

0 STARS: This Walmart picks and chooses who to give their ADVERTISED clearance prices to depending on the color of your skin, evidently. If you're white, you're NOT eligible to receive the clearance discounts. I've called Corporate TWICE. No return phone call the 1st time. Hopefully this 2nd time I'll get one back.(This is over 50% off of $17.98 Christmas pajamas, and it's not so much about the money as it is the point, that an advertised clearance price was given to one person but not another of the same EXACT ITEM, no questions asked/no refusal and/or excuses given). I come in 27 days later and I'm told they'll give me 15% off instead of ATLEAST the 50% with all that's happened regarding this issue. That's despicable. You should and CAN do better but choose not to. It's not on me that Carlos at Corporate messed up. Listen to our taped conversation. I gave you the proof of everything;
the reference number, pictures, all of it!! Right the wrongdoing. I'll update this review when/if my issue is corrected appropriately.

Replaced most cashier stations with self service isles . Morale seems low. Well now the store is being remodeled again.everything has been. moved. It took 5 employees 20 minutes to find were they put mens belts.
