Hard Luck 13 Tattoo Studio is the best place in the area. The studio offers great tattoos, including a Day of the dead themed leg sleeve, and piercings. The staff does an amazing job, bringing pictures to life with great detail. The shop is very clean and takes hygiene seriously, making it a recommended place to go for tattoos and piercings.
