I love using my Kroger points to get discounts on gas! Sometimes I get up to $1 / gal off and that’s incredible given how high gas has gotten.

Just needed to step in and grab 3 things and was blown away that 50% of the people inside were unmasked during a pandemic. Shopping carts full and still checking out. Unmasked people walking in without anyone there to ask them to mask up. Unmasked people filling the isles. Unmasked people paying for carts full of food. If these people can afford hundreds of dollars of groceries then they can afford a mask as well. If you're not wearing a mask in the store after countless lives have been lost due to a virus that is perpetuated by the ignorant and uniformed masses then you should not be able to purchase goods from that establishment. Being that the staff of the store as a whole was just ignoring everything and allowing the situation to continue sparks even bigger concerns. This is the first time since the pandemic began that I have seen such mass refusal to abide by basic safety guidelines to ensure other people's health and safety.

Not sure why the left line of the express lanes are stretched half way down magazine aisle and the right side set of express lanes are totally closed when you have half the store on the front end. It was so crowded, there was a middle aged man yelling and trying to hurry everybody up but you can only go so fast when there's only so many lines open. Kroger, you need help, especially this location.

I just bought a 6 pack of Cottonelle toilet paper yesterday for $17. This is ridiculous! Price gouging should be illegal. Shame on Kroger for capitalizing on the public's anxieties about the Coronavirus and raising prices on necessities x3. Where is your sense of community? This type of behavior plays into the hoarding of those few who don't understand that the Coronavirus isn't the apocalypse and it doesn't cause diarrhea.

Disclaimer: This is a rant, after a bad trip to this location, but is also a build up from several bad trips to this location. I'd also like to point out that the workers here are generally friendly 99% of the time and are really the only highlight of the store (excluding management) For the past 2 months this store has been out of at least 2 and up to 5 items that I needed. The male manager that's there in the morning obviously only cares about telling people 'good morning' instead of managing the store, because he has told me 'good morning' up to 3 times in one trip to the store. Their produce has drastically gone downhill. Meat is always hit or miss. Don't get me started on the employees shopping for the pick up customers. They'll take up a whole isle or block what you need with their stupid cart. And what tipped me over the edge today (after them not having 2 items that I needed), I went to check out with a full basket, albeit one of those small baskets that I have coined 'bachelor baskets, it was still very full) the woman sacking groceries, I believe a manager of some sort, tells me the register is closing and I have to go to a self checkout. At 10am. No registers open. So I'm over at the self checkout, dealing with my pile of crappy produce spilling over, because heaven forbid you don't 'place the GD item in the bagging area', I notice they've opened up another damn register. Kroger is the basically just as bad as the devil store, Wal-mart. Just more expensive and slightly less evil.
