This Kroger has some of the rudest pharmacy employees. Seriously considering paying more at a different pharmacy just to not have to deal with it. They are consistently disrespectful.

Didn’t catch the pharmacist tech name. He was very short and rude on the phone. He was also very rude in person and he kept staring at me & my four year old daughter in a creepy way. The man was maybe in his 30s and he is bald like Mr. Clean. Just bad vibes.

Frequently rude. They feel they are always right. I have had issues where I can’t get meds on time. Either they say is too soon or they are out. I believe they try to save money sending everything out and making you wait even though they have it in store. One staff member told me they had it but it was already sent out to be filled so my grandson went without a pertinent med for 2 days. So not cool. I have had frequent difficulties with them. Something they don’t understand about dates. I have since swapped pharmacies. No difficulties as of yet.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don't care and are RUDE!! Refused to give my script because it was put on the shelf already. Then conveniently it was all of a sudden expired since it was put back on the shelf. I'm switch pharmacies after this. I never had this much trouble with the Kroger in West Memphis, AR. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!

Came by for 5 items- been in line to check out 30 minutes in self check out! Only 2 registers and 1/2self check outs open- only one employee covering 7 self check outs - good grief

In a time in society where customer service is often compromised by demand, staffing shortage or supply chain issues, I want to publicly acknowledge the pharmacy dept at Kroger Atoka TN. They have 100% always been friendly, professional and caring when filling my prescriptions or answering any inquiries that I may have. THANK YOU!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! The worst customer service. They speak to there customers like they are trash! Not wanting to do there job. I have moved my business elsewhere and will not even step foot in there to do groceries at this point. I sent a email to corporate to find a formal complaint against them in regards to the issues I experienced today.

The staff is very rude!!! Worst customer service I have ever come across. So sad, because I love to shop at Kroger. Will do business elsewhere for prescriptions!!!If I could give it less than one star I most definitely would do so!

DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY - have doctor overnight your RX by using Nunally Drug Store powered by NimbleRX.com so it will be delivered quickly AND cheaper than Kroger. I had my doctor re-routed my meds to mail order because of the inconsistency with Kroger.Horrible experience. I called my prescription on Tuesday at 12pm (3/30/21). They advised that it would be ready in 45 minutes. Before getting to the pharmacy, I got a call from Kroger Pharmacy staying that they don't have the azelaic acid for my prescription and they're going to expedite the shipping so it'll be there Wednesday 3/31/21.I got to the pharmacy 1pm and spoke with Rachel. She tells me the missing item won't be there until Saturday. So I asked her why did it change from Wednesday to Saturday bc someone told me it was being expedited to get here Wednesday.I checked my order, I didn't receive 2 out if the 3 items. I asked her about the other items she states it won't be there til Saturday.They are VERY inconsiderate of people's time. They don't care if you have discount cards because Rachel didn't use any of them. I refuse to use them ever again. Unorganized pharmacy and I've been staying in Atokafor 15 years!! I tried to use them, but now I'm going somewhere else.
