My issue is with the digital coupons. It is an extremely complicated process. The coupons are difficult to find in the app. Had to get assistance from an employee and even she couldn't find the coupon in my app. Fix this!

Kroger used to be the best grocery store around, they actually cared about their customers and took care of them, not anymore!!! Now they are all about themselves, no registers opened just self checks, which is fine for small items but not for your main grocery shopping. 10 people standing around while 20 customers try to cram into the small space at self checkout. No customer service at all. Even when they have registers opened the people running them are rude. Did you know that Kroger used to teach how to sack groceries correctly? Now your lucky to find anyone to sack at all and when they do they just throw your stuff all over the place. Kroger you are a pathetic company, instead of improving yourselves you just try to buy off your competitors. Time for some new leaders in this company, it all starts at the top. Useless as a soup sandwich!!!

I used Grocery Pickup at the newly remodeled Kroger and it was amazing!! Service was fast and Tyler was beyond helpful!! Thank you for making what is normally a very anxious trip for me and absolute breeze!!

I go to Kroger after work grab a cart was going to shop the lines at checkout was to long one self check out was working and couple checkouts lines was to long to lucky I didn't go other way I would have few hundred grocery to buy i would just left cart walked out

So an employee stocking the refrigerated section, slammed the refrigerator door into me while I was trying to retrieve an item.
I thought maybe it was accidental. However, when I reached for another door, she stepped in front of me and yanked the door wide open.
I called this to her attention and she began rudely mumbling about the situation. I did not expect this behavior from an employee. Customer service training is desperately needed!

It looks like they’re upgrading to a supersize Kroger. Even in the midst of construction things were not difficult to find. Look forward to coming back to the Midsouth next year and seeing all the upgrades
