“MARLA IS FCKING AWESOME! If I had my own company, this is the type of employee I wld want working for me. Made a res online, picked up truck Thurs night, they forgot 2 put in the truck the additional moving supplies I purchased. Called the next mrning, Marla said come on bck she wld take care of it. She was very pleasant, n polite on the phone. Wen I got there she was very busy w customers, n the only one working at tht time. She handled her shit. She was assisting guest w reservations, answering the phone, driving the trucks up to the front, n loading up boxes n other supplies in the back of the trucks. The whole time she had a smile on her face, and was so grateful n appreciative we were patient with her. She was telling us thank you so much for not being angry. She had to fix a fck up tht an employee the night b4 made, and she made it right. She is the most friendliest, nicest person I've met in a long time. Most ppl who wld b in that position wld b pissed the fck off, hve a bad attitude, and prob be hating their job, cause it was a very stressful situation. I person can only do so much. Thank you Marla for being so kind, and going above n beyond for the customers. U truly do shine. U haul shld be so grateful to hve you as their employee. They don't get any better then this lady!”
