Absolute worst place I’ve ever been to. Little Asian NP Hiromi lady will argue with you about your own symptoms and health history. Won’t prescribe you the CORRECT medication for the issues. When you have Bronchitis and a fever, you prescribe an antibiotic, not sudafed that’s OTC.5 minutes in & out rushed. I will never come again. She was incredibly rude the entire time.

I have been there twice. Once for myself and once for my husband. I truly hate they are owned by Kroger company because I do enjoy shopping at that particular store. The only friendly staff was the receptionist both times.On my visit, I am fairly certain I had RSV but it was late on a Friday and they were the nearest clinic. The NP was rude and said you don’t have a temp and your throat is a little red and I see you are coughing but you are negative for Covid and Flu. I had already told her I had just tested for Covid. I told her I thought I needed a Medrol pack and something for the cough. She immediately said “ We do not give narcotics here”. Who asked for narcotics?? How about tesalon pearls or is Delsym better than Robitussin?BTW my temp was 101 2 hours later!!Then I took my husband last night and same thing. It was time for them to close and he needed a Tetanus shot because of a small cut to his leg. He is diabetic and she refused to even look at it. She said we don’t do sutures here. I told her I understand that and I just want your professional opinion before I take him to sit 11 hours in the ER. She just kept saying we don’t do assessments. I’m an RN and I can do much better than she.Don’t was your time. Just take a drive to Fast Pace. They are much more thorough and much nicer.I WILL NEVER GO TO A LITTLE CLINIC AGAIN

I've been there multiple times now. Every time was quick and efficient. Enjoyed interacting with all the staff and were very informative.

Dr. Hiromi was nice, kind, informative, and listened to me as I explained my symptoms. Highly recommend!

Angel was amazing as a nurse, made the whole experience better even when there was a problem with my appointment. Positive attitude and friendly bedside manner. Give thus woman a raise!!!!

NP was not compassionate, did not even look up when I told her my lymph nodes are so swollen I can barely move my neck. Very disappointed. Will not go again.

Waste of time. Very unprofessional staff and NP. Didn't even try to help me with what I went for. She just kept telling me "no, we don't do that here" until I left.

Spoke with the lady on the phone she said she could give my son the prevnar 13 vaccine for his surgery on feb 3rd that he needs today or else he cant get surgery and she immediately denied me when I got there. I need to speak with someone higher up to file a complaint bc that is very unprofessional.

Should have read reviews online. The NP Hiromi is rude and doesn't care if youre in pain. Made appt for earliest available 12pm (at 2am the morning of). Got there as SOON as they opened hoping they could work me in. I was crying from ear pain. There was a walk in ahead of me but I presumed since I actually had an appt they would see me before the walk in since I arrived early and was already signed in, but nope. They had told her wait time of 3 hours and she was seen within 30 mins.3 others after me -some appt & some walk in saw the dr and so, frustrated, Itold the girl at front desk how the walk in went before me. Then NP was snappy and said your appt is at 12 I will see you at 12 and I said you took walk in before me and I had appt she said that I have guaranteed time at 12 so now im being treated like walk in and appt I guess? I can barely hear her due to said ear infection and she starts raising her voice like do u not get it!? Kind of yelling at me and I was like im sorry i can barely hear you then she said LOUDLY that unless someone gives up their appt she cannot see me before 12. Then a lady in waiting room was saying something to me but idk what she said and i told her that i couldnt hear her and I started crying again bc im frustrated and in pain and the NP was so rude. But she got up and walked up to me (the other lady in waiting room) said that the NP(Hiromi Burton) had no right to talk to me that way and she is supposed to be a professional and she-the other patient in the waiting room with me- apologized on behalf of the NP and she didn't even work there!

If I could give zero stars, I would. NP Hiromi Burton is an absolute joke of a “medical professional”. Rude, does not care about how you feel regardless of your test results, couldn’t possibly have worse care. Rushed through my entire visit, hardly told me anything about my illness, argued with me about my address, argued with me (again) about giving me a doctors note for work, basically threw the note at me, sat down in her chair, threw the door open, and just starred at me waiting for me to leave. Never coming back.

My wife and I brought my son in today because he desperately needs the meningitis vax for his surgery feb 3rd. The lady on the phone said we could come in to get it and immediately got denied because of our insurance and my wife asked if we could pay out of pocket bc it’s so important and she said no. We have to reschedule a very important surgery now because of her unprofessional behavior. Please contact us so we can resolve this manner

Nurse practitioner Hiromi was amazing! I was amazed by her compassion and I couldn’t wait to tell my family about my experience! 10/10 would recommend anyone coming to see her!

My wife went in there today, Sunday July 25th with my 8 year old son. I told her it was walk-in (I was wrong), which the lady at the desk told her there were no walk ins. However, her demeanor, tone and general lack of compassion for someone who has been up all night with a child that’s been sick, was uncalled for. She was rude and her attitude was not what I would expect from a healthcare “professional”. I’m not sure what her level of training is, maybe she’s just a person that sits there and answers phones, but she needs to be trained on general human decency. I assure you if I was there instead of my wife, this would have been dealt with in store. But, I have restrained myself since it was my mistake she was there in the first place. Go to Redmed, instead of this place, you won’t regret it.
