I’m just going to get to the point..Your company repaired my car on several occasions and I was very impressed…My recent experience with your company has been a nightmare…After picking up my car the first time I was good..Less than a week later the bumper was separating from the car…I went back Gary had the service guy do something and it appeared to be fixed..That lasted about 2 days…I went back and spoke with Mr.Davis (your GM) I explained the situation and that the car isn’t acceptable..After looking at the car he then accused me of hitting something and that’s why the bumper is coming apart…To say I was stunned by his words would be an understatement…He made me an appointment to come back next week to drop my car off..When I did go back and he checked me in and the car out and it started again….Mr Davis said though you must have surely hit something and damaged your bumper we are willing to take care of it…I explained to him that I hadn’t hit anything nor had I leaned on or even washed the car it just started coming apart..Not only did he not believe me he doubled down on calling me a liar…Stating that I must have hit something without leaving a mark on my car and that he sees this all the time…Unbelievable and he is the face of your Company…To make matters worse while opening my trunk last night I noticed that the camera is loose and only one light works on the license plate…I couldn’t make this up if I wanted to…I refuse to deal with Mr.Davis again…My lawyer has said that your responsible for my car and that me having to go back and forth with you and your company about this matter is unacceptable…I’m sorry to say that I I’m dissatisfied with your service and can’t understand how a paying customer can be treated like this and you have no idea what is happening..Robin

First, all four of my wheels were stolen, and they did an excellent job replacing them quickly and professionally. On top of that, my car was also hit on the rear passenger side—and John made the process so much easier by keeping me updated every step of the way.
Car wrecks are never a good thing, but the team at Caliber Collision went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Desmond the GM has a great team and they are very welcoming! Highly recommend them for their outstanding service and care! 👏

Caliber Collision and Auto Glass is a very good company to use when you have a scrape or a fender bender or even a glass piece to replace. I took my car there and it was there less than a week, which was Far briefer than the quote said it would be. The people were very nice but to the point and did not try to upsell me on anything I did not need. I give this place five stars on speed of repair and the quality of repair.
