I have to say that the people here are so awesome. Arnold saved the day multiple times for me. Robyne was so nice and helpful. Breana is very nice. Everyone here was just fantastic. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I could not be happier with the services we received at the Hwy 64 Bartlett store!! Let me tell you, eyewear shopping with a teen is not an easy undertaking, but the patience and knowledgeable staff helped me navigate this process. Arnold Crespo (store manager) was so professional, he actually took the time to explain various options best suited for my daughter’s needs. I would highly recommend them!Gwendolyn

The staff was great. I had Dr.Safi and Kenya as my glasses ordered. Both ladies are sweet and professional. It was a little bit of a wait but definitely worth it at a good price.

I went to the store in Bartlett/Cordova on HWY 64. Everyone was very nice. It was a long wait, but I understood a little better when Kenya helped me put in my contacts for the first time. She was patient, kind and encouraging! She took time to make sure I had it and didn’t have any questions. I truly appreciated the help!

I enjoyed my time at America’s Best! Amber was very helpful with picking out the frames I liked. Arnold was very friendly, and was engaged with his store. He assisted me, and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I recommend everyone to the store!

Recent experience wasn't the best. My eye exam appointment took 2 hours and 30 mins. Upon arriving I was told by the receptionist they were doing eye exams only...to which I inquired to gain more clarity about what would be different from a typical appointment. I was told I could take my eye and contact exam and choose my glasses/contacts, but I couldn't make payment until the next business day. I do my pretest which took no time, but when I went to sit to be called my the optometrist (3) other clients that arrived after me were called before me. I was called 45 min later or longer. After meeting with the optometrist, I sit with the sales person to discuss glasses/contacts. During our conversation she just stops mid-way and joins a conversation with her coworkers. She then reiterates that I can choose the glasses I would like and make payment the next day. I then overhear why customer's are unable to make payment because the licensed staff member that I guess is required for processing orders was out. I call the next business day looking to make payment and I'm told a sales person will reach back out to me. Had I known there were issues at this location with ordering I would have went to another location.
