Having nice and smiling workers plus 24 hour gym usage is great. Can't understate those two things. But I took away a star with the cancelation policy being as complicated as it is, and another star because the gym equipment and workout areas are much older than what I've seen at planet fitness and crunch. Still, not a bad gym by any means whatsoever.

They made the gym blindingly bright also don't enforce the wiping rule so 80% of the people don't wipe at all

Plenty of machines, free weights, and cardio equipment for those trying to get or stay in shape! Always open for members! Great company and great business model!

Gym etiquette is trash. Dudes here are so strong that they’re incapable of racking their weights when they are done. I’m here 4-5 times a year when I’m town, it’s always like this.

WARNING: THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY TO CANCEL! I wanted to cancel this month and I have to pay for another month just to be able to cancel my membership. They are making me keep my membership until SEPTEMBER! I already paid for July, THIS MONTH.

I have been a member of ATC for 23 years always paid my bill on time never late. Today 4/21 I was approached by a staff member who interrupted me while I was in conversation with others to tell me that my membership dues needed to be paid by 5/17. The staff member was way out of line in the manner she confronted me. Further more, the topic of membership payment tardy or unpaid needs to be addressed by management ONLY NOT STAFF workers.This unfortunate situation has been brought to management's attention, and I feel confident they will take the correct steps to insure this does not occur again.

Cleaning procedures have taken a serious plunder in the 11 years i’ve attended this gym from the age of 14 to age 25. Most of the kids just hang out in the office the entire shift. I have noticed this drastic decline in the past 3 years or so. I have noticed mirrors don’t get cleaned accordingly, nor do the floors get mopped thoroughly like they used to.Photo attached displays mirror stains that have been in the same place for 3 consecutive evenings that i’ve visited:

Do not trust them … it sounds like it’s a cheap membership but they get you by not allowing you to get out of your contract or the membership I went inside and spoke with two separate people I called and spoke with somebody they give you two links one link you can go in and cancel with the confirmation number that never works then I found another link online that they make you pay to cancel your membership which they don’t tell you about the whole thing honestly feels like a scam I do not trust these people in the worst gym business I’ve ever done business with I’ve literally been paying for a membership for the last 7 to 8 months that I thought I canceled a year ago and then we had a clear understanding very disappointed with their ethics do not trust them
