This has been the most disgusting experience I have ever had!! I was going to change carrier with At&t and Im really damn happy I did not!! One dude attended me and did not finish and sent a female to attend me, then she drops the phone in front of me, I did not want that phone, I sent it back thru their return serve and cancelled everything, I went to get my refund of what I had paid and the manager wanted me to $45 to place it back in stock...What the hell!!! I had to go to another store to get some help and the only person that attended me right and correctly was Danny Thomas, cool guy to talk too, He talked to a female at Corperate and she said if by Oct 28 I had not gotten my refund they would send me a Gift card with the amount I had paid ....Oct passed and nothing! I went to the store and showed evidence that the refund never made it to my card, I went to the bank, i went to another store, I called again and again and no good customer service!!! Next month will be 1 full year and I still have not gotten my refund back! What kind of management works here???!!! What kind of employees work here???!!! If I could give you guys a Minus 1000 I would give you mins 2000...The worst customer service Ive ever gotten! THIS IS NOT THE STORE TO GO TOO!!! Greedy for the money and I was always told never to go here and I didnt listen...It was true! Really bad customer service and they dont like to send refunds!!! Go to T-mobile better if you really want great customer service!! Great job at staying with my refund!!! NEVER AGAIN TO THIS STORE!!! NEXT MONTH 1 FULL YEAR WAITING AND STILL NO REFUND!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!! I also can see the owner doesnt answer my post! 3 yrs waiting for my refund!! AT&T DOES NOT LIKE TO MAKE REFUNDS!! NEVER GO TO THIS STORE!!!

I had gone there because I thought I was scammed. The representative treated me as if my concerns were NOTHING!!! I literally was there for about 5 or 10 minutes before he dismissed me and acted if though he was not concerned! I explained the events that happened, and he browsed through my account in about 2 to 3 minutes. He said that he didn't see anything 😠! I was speechless 😧, no research, no questions asked. I walked out of there more upset than before I went 😡. I called customer service, and the representatives that assisted me were AMAZING 👏🏽! My account was breached, and I updates done and a new mobile phone ordered without my permission! So be careful. It's scammers pretending to be AT&T representatives updating your services for being a loyal customer! HANG UP!!!! It's a scam, and definitely don't go to the Stage Rd. location, the customer service is HORRIBLE 😡!

Anthony was patient, understanding, and professional, when I went to the AT & T store to get a new cell phone. He has excellent customer service skills. I will definitely recommend people to him in the future if they need help with their cellphone service.

I Went into this store a few nights ago to ask a question about a charge that was unfamiliar to me. I Was greeted by a representative and was told to have a seat to wait on the next representative that was available. I’m sitting waiting and a manager comes up to the table and asked what brought me in. I think her badge said Kristina or something like that. She stated that she was the assistant manager. She had braids. I began to explain the issue that brought me in. her response was so rude. Her attitude was disgusting. She told me that it was a personal problem and said that I clearly didn’t pay my bill on time because I had a payment arrangement. I told her that she didn’t have to be rude and that I was just trying to get an understanding. she then said it ain’t nothing she could do with the nastiest attitude. I asked her for a higher managers name or corporates number and she refused to give me any information. She told me to leave her store. As I walked out, I asked a rep for corporates number or the store managers information but he also told me he didn’t have it. I’ve never been treated to badly by management ever! If this is how a assistant manager treats customers she should not be in management.

The assistant manager was not only rude to a twenty plus years customer by screaming at him, accused the employee of sending him to her , the assistant manager, to ask questions that he did not understand. She began to get loud and unprofessional. When I approached her about it, she accused me of putting my hand in her face. Not true, wirh witnesses. The manager had to step in and send her to the back. I was informed by the employee that this wasn't the first time this happened and, they intended to fire the employee over the incident. In all my years, I have never been treated as such. I am highly disappointed.

The rep who helped my family was Jay M. I came in wanting to take my watches off my plan and look for phones for my twins. Not only did he get us set up, he lowered my bill, was able to transfer my father from Verizon to my plan, get him a new phone as well, showed me the AARP discount, and made the entire experience so easy. And I kept my watch on the plan with the savings he got us!! He was beyond attentive, talked to my kids, patient with my Dad getting his new phone set up and made us feel like we mattered to ATT. My Dad had been with Verizon for over 20 years and finally felt like he was going to be with a cell company that cared. Jay is a great connectivity expert and when I plan to upgrade in a few weeks I will be back and seeking him out personally. He absolutely deserves a raise and recognition. Perfect experience!

Mr. Titus Turner was exceptional genuine, who had a up beat attitude and really seemed eager to help us.
Vishti ,was also very professional and patient with some issues. Services like this is the reason we swirched to At&t 3 years ago, with no regreats!

Jermaine Adams physically one of the best customer service agents ever. Vashti Ware Best manager. Jermaine stayed over his time to help 30+ mins! Me and my husband were super frustrated with AT&T customer care, he helped a lot. When he left we were transferred to Zeka on the phone, Vashti helped with providing the information we needed. Zeka was super nice. Thank you to everyone who helped.
