Need to work on card options like locking card if temporarily lost. System is very outdated needs a whole new menu options. Really would like to rate this business a 0 …. Hate them so much

Since the merger between Bancorp and Cadence, the quality has declined. I called about an error on the bank’s behalf and was met with a smart alecky girl that obviously lacks training in the customer service department. Even my experiences at the window have declined. This location is ghetto and needs to clean house.

While standing in the lobby I hear the lady working the window say “this bit** coming here at 4 o’clock”. She was talking about the lady driving up to her window. That was very unprofessional and uncalled for. If you do not want customers, shut down. After 12 years of banking here, I am highly considering going somewhere... read full comment
