I am in tears writing this review and reading some of the others. Our experience with kindercare Bartlett has been nothing short of amazing! These people love children and are invested in their learning. My daughter loves it here but it’s time for kindergarten and we are also moving out of the area so I have to take her out a tad bit early. I have never felt uneasy about leaving my baby here and I can NOT say I have ever experience that with any other daycare center!
I would recommend them 1000 times over. My daughter loves coming home speaking the Spanish she learned at daycare lol. I just don’t want to let gooo! I’m not ready😭 Mrs.Tammy, Ms. Khloe, and Mrs.Nicole are the absolute best! Love them down ♥️ Thank yal for loving on our kids💕

This is my 2nd time working with the staff at this location and they have been nothing short of amazing. Mrs. Tammy and Mrs. Tonya are both outstanding leaders and they continuously show their commitment to not only the children's learning environment but their well being and safety. I can truly say that I feel at ease leaving my daughter in their care daily. I know that she's well taken care of, loved on and in the best of hands when I walk out the door. If you're searching for an exceptional childcare center I highly recommend Kindercare Bartlett.

If I could give more stars I would! I love this place! Our daughter absolutely loved going here and looked forward to it every day. The director and assistant director are always so warm and welcoming as are the teachers and other workers. I wish they took kiddos older just so our daughter could keep going!

I attended Bartlett Kindercare in the late 1990s, it would be lovely if this center did reunions to reconnect with fellow friends from long ago and to see how much we all have grown, especially when social media was not available back then!

They exhibit poor knowledge and training, from the Director to the teacher's on how to properly deal with children who have developmental delays and need one on one attention. They do not have proper solutions on how to support parents with children that may have challenging behaviors. The solution that they do have in place is not affective and does not aid in, helping that child. Some teachers are great with children, others are just there to say they have a job. I have observed on several occasions, not having proper supervision during breakfast times as well as day to day activities such as outside play. The children have more free play versus structured play or planned activities. They do not assist or aid children who need extra help verbally or with activities that they can't quiet do like the other children. They show favoritism to certain children who are more cooperative. The daycare Director says she's helping but is not. The assistant Director is wonderful and should be the Director instead. If you are looking for childcare with trained and knowledgeable teachers, exciting and educational activities and overall support 10 out of 10 I do not recommend this center. Need more training and staff who can better support all families and children.

My daughter has been coming to Bartlett KinderCare since she was 16-17 months and she is almost three years old she has learned a lot since going to Bartlett Kindercare all of my baby Teacher’s inform me on any events and party for the kids and inform me on my daughter performance in the classroom I love it my baby will be coming till she go to the big school.

I Loved This Daycare NEVER Had An Issue With Anything My Daughter First Went To Kindercare In Sheboygan Wisconsin & It Was Soooooooooo Amazing Every Since That Experience As Soon As I Moved Back To Memphis I Scurried To Find A Kindercare Here First She Went To Kindercare On Pleasant View Until She Was About 1 & A Half & Than They Shut Down & The Bartlett Location Exceeded My Expectations Ms.Janet Treated My Child Like Her Grandaughter Sweetest Lady I've Ever Met & Ms.Tammy Ast.Director Just As Sweet I Had A Few Issues With Late Pickup On My End Etc & They Were Always So Passionate & Concerned They Helped Me So Much I Love How They Always Did Great Activities & Graduations & Trips In The Summer The Daycare Is Awesome One Day Ms.Tammy Will Be A Great Leader Of Her Own Facility I Definitely Felt Say Leaving My Child Here Everyday

My son started going to this day care since he was 4 yrs old now he is almost 8 yes old and still going to this day care before and after school the staff are nice and accommodating

KinderCare has been amazing for our family they are a loving and devoted center! We are so blessed to have found such a enriching and productive center. The education and fun experiences that our son has had have been life changing! I cannot imagine him being anywhere else. The teacher and directors are some of the most warm and welcoming people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I would suggest anyone looking for educational based child care and a loving environment check this place out immediately!!

I can't explain the love I have for KinderCare. All of the teachers are amazing. The staff feels like family. They show genuine love to the kids. I was one of those parents who was afraid to let their child go to daycare because of what I saw on social media and TV. I kept him at home until he was 2 years old. When I visited the center, I met the teacher that my son would be with and thought she was just perfect. Seeing how her students were interacting with her really melted my heart. I knew then that KinderCare would be the place for my baby. It means a lot that even the directors know my son by name. I feel as though my son and I are surrounded by family when I enter the building. Tammy and Shavodka are very helpful and always available.

Wouldn't recommend for the price & quality they give. I wanted to love this place...but bad experience. Won't go into details. Management tried to fix the issue but some things can't be overlooked. 2 stars for niceness & center appearance
