Do not buy a phone from here being that they cannot help you with your after purchase. Buyer beware. I was told by the employee to go to customer service and told by customer service to get help in store. There should be a lawsuit against this store.

Rushed away so she could help someone purchase a phone. It’s always call customer service with this place but I don’t have to call customer service to spend my money on a phone.

I would not recommend anyone to go into this boost Mobile in Bartlett very unprofessional went in to buy a hotspot device that would not work on my TVs took it back to receive my money back and they said that they would not take it back I was told by one of the clerks in the store that the manager is never there therefore you cannot return an item that you have no use for when I was told that this is the device that you need this is not the place you want to go for Christmas shopping or any other shopping their rip-offs because you won't be able to return your item if it doesn't work don't go there people work too hard for their money just to be taking advantage of.

I've been a long time boost customer 7+ years, I went in and bought an iPhone 11 which was to replace my galaxy, I paid $360 for phone and case and then was told they could not set it up on my current plan. Why would this not have been checked before selling me the phone when I clearly stated my intentions?? Then I was told they could not immediately refund me but that I could get a different galaxy, I reluctantly agreed because I needed a phone before work the next day. He said it was $50 cheaper than the iPhone so I could have $50 store credit. Turns out he gave me a galaxy 15 and a $30 pair of earbuds which is no where near worth what I was charged. Completely disappointed and disgusted. I will be leaving boost mobile because of this experience.

the boss only sees dollar signs. I went to transfer service and data to a new phone and I was told it would be a list of fees totaling $65. I left, went home, and swapped the Sim card myself for free. also don't overpay for their phones make sure you do your research or buy refurbished elsewhere.

I actually thought this location was good but recently I took my phone there and explained to them I wasn't able to receive calls or any type of picture messages and also my calls would drop soon as I make one or even in mid conversation. All he did was call my phone and waited 5 minutes. He said it was fine, and then soon as I left , it was acting up. Come to find out, I was charged 50 dollars without being told. (Unprofessional)
50 dollars just for him to not even try to see what's wrong with it

This is not a good store to purchase from. I purchased an I phone 11 that was on special and was told by Boost Mobile customer service that it wasn’t a boost mobile device.

They sold me a used phone without telling me it was used. I was made to believe that it was a new unused phone. The manager claimed that they would send me a visa gift card to accommodate me, but it was just a lie to get me to leave the store, as I returned and asked about it several times only to be turned away and met with confused faces. There is a terrible language barrier there as well. The experience was insufferable and infuriating.

Dont trust this store ! If they say your phone is compatible it is a lie and they are just trying to steal your money! Beware
