Even though they were short staffed the ones there really stepped up. This is one of the cleanest entertainment venues I have seen. Worth checking out!!

TERRIBLE PLACE TO BOWL!!!! Went here last night for date night with my husband. Worst experience I've had at an establishment in Bartlett. We were rudely interrupted by the manager that she was confiscating my two drinks I bought from the bar because they saw my husband drink out of it .my husband and I are wellllll over the drinking age limit She tries to tell me it's illegal for him to drink out of MY CUP THT I BOUGHT. Now when we went to the bar the BAR TENDER refuse to sell my husband any drinks due to a two week expired ID license. No problem. But it was several people in the establishment. How is it that we were singled out about some drinks . that means that they were watching us . we did not get a chance to put our shoes on to bowl. This was very upsetting as to. I was old enough to be this young managers, mother. I do not need anyone telling me what legal age is to drink or where to drink. They were totally unprofessional. We felt singled out singled out.. I will never patronize this establishment again .you guys need to do better!now I don't know if it was just prejudice, because the manager and the bartender were Caucasian but this establishment definitely needs to do better if they want Bartlett, TN residents to frequent this establishment . Upon the issue with the manager and drinks . We asked for a refund and left without bowling.

This is horrible. The employees are so rude and will racially profile you. I read a review where someone was racially profiled in the past and I 100% agree with them. Truly the worst experience. The arcade games don't work. You need to reserve the bowling lanes. If I can give it 0 star, I would!

Didn't know you needed a reservation to bowl.. me and a party of 6 arrived yesterday at 8pm and was told it would be a 2 hour or more wait..so unfortunately we decided to leave. Next time we will know to call ahead and make a reservation.

My first time at Andy B's for a birthday celebration!! Beautiful facility!! Plenty of parking, plenty of lanes, a VIP section, great bartenders!! Monica was my favorite! You must stand in line for the bar and have your ID in hand when you get to the front of the line. One drink per ID. We did not eat, but they had a snack bar with the typical finger foods. I would definitely go back!I recommend Andy B's for a date night, birthday celebration, or just some simple fun with family and friends!!!

Always a fun place to go and relax front desk crew does there best to make sure you have fun haven't tried the bartender yet but in all it's an amazing experience

tbh i'm just bitter because happy hour is 4-6, when i walked up to the register no one was there, it was still 6:00 when they got there and i was still trying to get the happy hour price for fries. but for some reason they couldn't

Came here for a family outing but the service here was horrible so I will not be back. We ordered drinks at the bar and the bartender incorrectly made the drinks. She refused to remake the drinks and even when I spoke with the manager Veronica, they refused to acknowledge that the bartender made a mistake. Their argument was that each shot from the bottle is counted so they cant remake drinks for free even if they're made wrong.Other than drinks, our group also ordered food and bowled. The food took a while to come out but everyone was satisfied with its flavor and bowling was great. The only downside to bowling was when the place closed there was no warning, but instead they cut all the monitors off mid-game.Overall, I will not be back. I'd rather go to a place with far better customer service.

Just moved to the area. I’ve been bowling for 20 years. Came in first thing they offered were the leagues. Bowled grabbed a sign up sheet for leagues. Super helpful. Very kind. Bowling is great. Stuck a little on the lanes but still shot well.

The fact that they team up with police and let them snoop all in your car says enough about how much these business owners care about their customers. This is sick. The place is horrible and not even worth the possibility of being pulled over cause they teamed up with the police. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND. Why would you even put money into a place that doesn’t care about its customers?

letting police look in customers cars while they bowl inside is absolutely ridiculous. corruption at its finest. will never go there again.
